3x bedroom with 3x queen size beds, all with new pillow top mattress. Newly renovated modern bathroom, laundry with second toilet and ironing facilities and washing powder. Newly renovated kitchen with modern conveniences.
Light breakfast supplied comprising of coffee/ tea, fresh bread, butter, assortment of condiments and free range farm eggs ( from our very own property when available)
Heating and cooling, ceiling fans in all bedrooms
Pets are not allowed inside residence due to floor being scratched. A pet bed and blanket are provided in garage for pets to utilise
Short scroll to Southgate Pub and Coles, Scully Park Pool ,Big W shopping world.
30-40 minute walk to Peel St . Short drive to TREC and ALEC

We had a wonderful stay here. From the very
beginning, the communication was brilliant, the
check-in was easy and the house was so clean and
comfortable. Lisa provided lots of little essentials
even fresh bread and milk, such a welcome
gesture for those arriving late. The airconditioning
was a blessing in the 38 degree heat. Plenty of
secure parking for our big trailer...we would
definitely recommend "Ellessa" as a fantastic
place to stay when visiting Tamworth.

Fantastic!

We were visiting tamworth for a basketball tournament. It was a great place for our family with pleanty of room to move. The fenced yard was a bonus. The kids were able to play in the yard quite safely. The owners had the fire going when we arrived and supplied us with milk, bread and fresh eggs. We loved the backyard hen. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again for our next basketball trip.

Hi Ralf , Thanks for bring kitchen light to our attention- this has since been fixed , the air conditioner is a evaporator- so only cooling- instructions near switch on which ones to turn on Wifi details should of been sent to you in your welcome message, but happy to of resent them to you if I was made aware of this Apologies
