In addition to its great location, this apartment is also conveniently situated near local attractions such as The Golden Guitar, The Longyard Hotel, AELEC & Tamworth's Sports Dome, as well as a short 5 minute drive to the CBD! Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, play a round of golf, or just simply relax at The Heights Retreat.
Other things to note
Please note: This unit sits on the 1st floor with access to the unit itself via a stairwell only. For those who are looking to stay with young children, we advise there is no security screen door on the unit and parents/guardians MUST be mindful to ensure that children DO NOT climb on outdoor furnishings on the front verandah.
