Whether you are looking for a romantic weekend, fun-filled break with friends or a family getaway, Bela Vista Spa Cabin at Eaglereach is a magical place to relax and rejuvenate.

Situated on top of Mount George, above Vacy in the Hunter Valley, Bela Vista has spectacular views over the valley's below and north towards the stunning Barrington Tops.

This gorgeous spa cabin is an absolute treasure nestled in the beautiful Eaglereach Wilderness Resort encompassing over 700 acres of pristine native bushland. Eaglereach is a nature-based resort of pristine native bush for natural adventure and featuring an amazing variety of native fauna and flora. Many native animals have made their home at Eaglereach including Kangaroos, Wallaroos, Wallabies, Echidnas, Goannas and that is before you look skyward and marvel at King Parrots, Eastern and Crimson Rosellas, Red-browed Firetails, Blue Wrens, Bush Doves and our namesake, the majestic Wedge-tailed Eagle.

For those looking to get out and see the local sights, the Hunter Valley Wineries and Barrington Tops are less than 45 minutes away, along with the surrounding historic towns of Gresford, Paterson, Dungog and Morpeth.
Our local village Vacy is just 15 minutes’ drive away at the base of our mountain, with a cafe/restaurant, country pub and a general store for all those essential supplies.

Bela Vista is a spacious, house size "self-catering" spa cabin that comfortably sleeps one or two couples in its two queen bedrooms. The third bunk room is an ideal addition for family groups for up to another six 6 adults/kids.

The lodge offers a very private stay where you can choose to cook in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ on the expansive deck or entertain at the local Café and Pub.

Upon entering the cabin you will be greeted with a vast open plan living and separate dining spaces, LOPI wood fire and with a central kitchen. There are two queen bedrooms fully equipped with linen, towels and amenities, along with a third bunk room if required. The main bedroom has its own ensuite and there is also a main bathroom. Step out onto the huge wrap-around decks where you can marvel at the amazing views or relax in our on-deck hot spa, curl up on the deck chairs or comfortable lounges with a good book or just enjoy the daily visits from the wallabies and the beautiful birds at your front door.

If outdoor fun is your thing, challenge your friends to a game of tennis followed by some pool time and table tennis in the games room in the resort community area, all just a short stroll from your lodge.

The resorts facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court health & fitness centre, 15 stations “exersite”, children's play centre, a games room and a series of dams for yabbying. Goonarook Lagoon is another superb location for swimming, kayaking and a challenge to those who care to throw out a line for sport fishing. Your fitness is also taken care of with our outdoor fitness centre or go bushwalking on one of our many bush trails.

- House parties with other non-paid guests are strictly prohibited. Additional costs for excessive cleaning, garbage removal, damage, repairs etc, are chargeable.
- Number of guests should not exceed the number of paid, booked guests. Other guests staying in the resort or visitors to the resort are not permitted.
- Base rates are for 2 guests using 1 queen bedroom. For more than guests charges are based on per person per night.
-$500 refundable damage deposit may be required upon booking
- Photo ID from all adult guests will be required before check
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the house.
