This spacious studio condo is just a few minutes to Park City's historic Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort. It has a has a fully equipped kitchen with a 2-burner cook-top, dishwasher, small fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee pot. There are two comfortable queen beds, a twin sleeper chair (for small adult or child), a 55" Roku HD Smart TV with DIRECTV satellite. The building has a ramp for access and there are no stairs inside the condo.

The FREE shuttle picks up right outside and walking everywhere is convenient too. Being downtown and close to everything makes a stay in this home perfect for your group.

The Prospector Condos have a BRAND-NEW pool (open in Summer ONLY) and a hot tub (year- round). There's a large common area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. SKI RENTALS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON PROPERTY (Ski ‘N See), AND 25% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE!

Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy and open 24-hours.

The Prospector is located right next to the Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park, a 28-mile, high-elevation trail that follows Interstate 80, from the charming streets of Park City through the smaller communities of Wanship and Coalville to Echo Reservoir.

On property is the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Kids Cabin childcare (state licensed hourly) facility located in the Silver Mountain Sports Club (available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm). Visitor and day passes available for purchase.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Great little place for our ski trip
We enjoyed the stay at this Prospector unit. It was a perfect for our family ski trip, with super easy access to free bus that takes you to Park City slopes.

First Visit to Park City
Generally was very satisfied with the unit, Four minor complaints: -Fold out Sofa Bed was uncomfortable. -Thermostat did not always control room temperature. - Could have used a few more large towels. - On our first morning, a gentleman knocked on our door asking us to move our van for snow removal. He noted that van could be towed, (at our expense.) if it was left there, We were fine with moving it, but had we left for the mountain earlier, he never would have had the chance to ask. It would have sucked to come back from skiing, only to find the vehicle gone. Note that the gentleman was very polite, and we find no fault with him.

Location is good….price ok relative to the area….bed(s) not great….cover for pull out bed had red stain on it, trying not to imagine what it was….missing soap for shower, reached out to get some but none was delivered until next day because after hours; went to check in area, and none there; was told to go buy some and they would reimburse; not great customer service; didn’t expect to pay that much to have to supply my own basics….overall, very expensive ok hotel room in decent location.

Convenient
This property feels more like a hotel room than a condo, but it was perfect for our needs. The location is great and was right next to where our son was playing soccer. The owners clearly listened to prior reviews as all things I read (toilet and towels) were taken care of before I stayed here. The property has everything you could need for a short get-away. The bathroom is uncomfortably small and the AC struggled a little (though the fan in the wardrobe helped a lot with the temperature while sleeping), but those were small concerns and the price and location could not be beat (especially with us booking last minute). The manager was responsive and helpful.

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay here. The property only had a couple downfalls - wish there was an oven, the bathroom could be a little bigger, and would be great if they provided a couple extra towels. We really enjoyed using the hot tub, but we had to use the same towels we showered with. The laundry room was in the main building and cost $3 per load. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
