About this property

Baltica - Close to Everything

Baltica is a 2-bedroom holiday house located only a short stroll to the beaches, the lake, the local cafes and shops in the beautiful coastal town of Culburra Beach. It offers the perfect place to unwind in comfort and listen to the waves.

The house was renovated at the end of 2016, adapting it as well as possible to the needs of our guests. It has 2 good size bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a tri-bunk and a pull-out trundle, bathroom with a walk-in shower and fully equipped kitchen with a revolving pantry. The main living/dining area is air-conditioned, just in case the sea breeze is not enough to cool you down. There is a large screen Full HD TV, board games, some books, magazines and a PlayStation 3 with 2 controllers and a collection of games. The front veranda offers a great place to have your morning coffee, while the level grassed backyard and the gazebo with a BBQ and gas pizza oven provide the perfect setting for your afternoon and evening entertainment.

Culburra Beach is a lovely coastal town nestled between 2 beaches and a lake on the NSW South Coast. Even though it's a very small and quiet place it offers a full-size grocery store, a local club as well as a number of cafes and restaurants and even a day spa, all of which are within 15 min walk from the house. The beach is even closer - about 400 metres away. Culburra Beach is mostly flat and a bicycle would be a great way to get around if you don't feel like walking.

We provide pillows, doonas and linen for all beds as well as bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. Just don't forget to bring your beach towels.

Pets will also be considered if requested at the time of booking and attract a one-off fee per stay. Pets are not allowed on any of the beds or other furniture provided.

There is also a cleaning fee is which is charged once per stay and a security deposit, which is refundable within 3 days after checkout, providing there are no damaged or missing items.

Baltica is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, so we ask to please keep the noise to a minimum. Parties and events are strictly not allowed.

My husband and I spent a long weekend at Baltica and it was everything we could have asked for and more. The house was immaculately clean and had a relaxing and peaceful vibe. Lovely home away from home!

We were so impressed with the home. Although only a short stay this time, the home was very clean, very comfortable, close to everything and the communication with the owner was fantastic. Myself, my teenage daughter and our dogs loved it and certainly hope to book a longer stay soon. Thank you Kamen-really appreciated the communication. See you again soon hopefully! :-)

Excellent communication with owner prior to arrival with clear instructions re entry and also found the departure instructions on the fridge helpful too! Accommodation clean and spacious and not too far from the main beach or shops. Very short stay and cannot comment on tv as didn’t even turn it on!

Lovely little beach cottage

Great house for beach style holiday. Although there are only 2 bedrooms the second bedroom is so spacious that 3-4 children could fit in comfortably. Kamen was a very helpful and responsive host. If you are travelling in winter it is also warm and cosy.

Very clean and comfortable cottage that met our expectations. Close to beautiful beaches and cafes. Baltica also catered well for our little dog. However the pet charge of $100 for three nights we feel was a bit steep. We would consider another stay if we could negotiate on the pet charge.
