Pelican Waters - Everything you need for a fabulous holiday

Pelican Waters is a delightful 3 bedroom townhouse situated adjacent to the lake in Ocean Grove, few minutes drive to the beach, Barwon river, fantastic restaurants, shops only a few minutes walk. Being at the gateway to the Great Ocean Road, a 15-20 minute drive places you in Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington or to many of the districts wineries and olive groves.

Pelican Waters is equipped with 2 double bedrooms with new queen size Sealy Villa Plush mattresses and a third bedroom with two single beds with comfy new mattresses. Sleeping a total of 6 persons... the townhouse is light, modern and fully self contained. There are two toilets, two showers, and large bath. The house is air conditioned and heated throughout. Your stay will will be made that much more pleasant with a wall mounted 65inch smart TV, Blue-ray DVD & Bose stereo system, Bose portable speaker, Wi-fi, charging station and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equiped for your stay and complete with dishwasher, microwave, sufficient crockery, cutlery, and glass wear. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The outdoor courtyard comes with a webber bbq, large outdoor umbrella and outdoor setting for eight also comfy chairs for relaxing on lazy summer days.

Pelican Waters is a great summer holiday destination for your next holiday. Quilts, pillows and hand towels are provided. JUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOW CASES & TOWELS.

Weekend getaway

The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. This is an ideal place for families and friends to stay. There were plenty of board games to keep the younger kids entertained. It’s just a few minutes drive to the shops and the ocean surf beach. There’s also a lake and playground nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Waters and will definitely visit again.
