Modern living in the heart of Margaret River.

Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Margaret River. Our stylish, modern one-bedroom unit, modern design, open plan bathroom, is just 1.5 km from the town centre a pleasant 15-minute walk to cafés, restaurants, and local art galleries, and only a 10-minute drive to some of the region’s most iconic beaches and wineries. Ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for convenience, comfort, and charm.

The studio is privately located at the rear of our main residence, accessible via a secure garden entrance. Please note that access involves a few steps and an uneven gravel path, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges, including those using walking sticks, wheelchairs, or the elderly.

We’re pet-friendly. One small well-behaved pet is welcome per stay (pet fee: $100). While the property offers a lovely outdoor space and a nearby dog park within walking distance, the yard is not fully enclosed. For safety, pets must be leashed at all times in shared or unfenced areas. Property owners are not responsible for missing dogs on grounds. Dogs need to be quiet at all times.

As your hosts, we live at the front of the property and are available should you need assistance with local tips, wine tours, transport options, or anything else to make your stay more enjoyable. Our friendly dachshund also calls this place home and loves to say hello.

The studio offers:
• A queen-sized bed with direct access to a private veranda
• Spacious open-plan bathroom with double indoor shower
• Outdoor shower—ideal for surfers and cyclists
• Mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine
• Hairdryer, closet space for longer stays, and complimentary tea & coffee
• Shared garden with outdoor dining area (seats 6) and BBQ facilities
• Two off-street parking bays, with caravan and verge parking available
• Seasonal herbs and vegetables from the garden available for guest use

During the Christmas and New Year holiday period, a 4-night minimum stay applies.

This quiet, welcoming neighbourhood offers the perfect base to explore everything Margaret River has to offer. Whether you’re enjoying the local wine and food scene, exploring the coast, or simply relaxing in a comfortable, modern space, we hope you enjoy your stay.

We’re friendly hosts with Latin roots — I come from Peru and my husband Matt is Kiwi! Matt is an electrician, and I’m a student of counselling. We’re happy to share local tips about the area, including the best wineries and restaurants. We absolutely love animals! We have a charming sausage dog who’s always up for some playtime, and he’s very well-behaved. We warmly welcome friendly pets and look forward to greeting you on arrival. We’re pretty laid-back and part of a small family of four that lives on the front property, along with our two adorable miniature Dachshunds.
