The Peregian Beach Retreat is a stunning architectural home nestled into the treetops just south of Noosa. The first thing you will notice is the natural light flooding the home each morning and the incredible 270' views across the trees to the ocean. Each living area has been designed to enhance the views with large windows and sliding doors. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen or reading on the lounge, you will be able to enjoy the natural beauty outside.

The Peregian Beach Retreat is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. The contemporary kitchen is designed for a family of chefs, with new appliances, a gas stove, large oven and plenty of bench space to work with. For dining, you have the choice of a formal dining table (that expands to fit 10 people) or the more casual setting on the deck. The home has been recently renovated and has two living rooms, one with a large 4K Smart TV and the second behind pocket doors, for quiet reading or a separate place to play for the children. There are three bedrooms, two new designer bathrooms and a sofa bed..

The Peregian Beach Retreat sits on a large block (more than double the size of the average Noosa block). As you relax you will feel as if you are a million miles from anywhere. It is a quiet, peaceful location interrupted only by the gentle sound of the ocean and the birds singing in the trees.

We have three generous decks. The main deck is northeast facing and houses a BBQ, a table setting, boutique African chairs and a lounge area. You will spend lots of time here, enjoying the cool coastal breezes and watching the birds play in the trees. Make sure you check out the spectacular light effects as the sun and moon rise over the ocean.

The second deck is the pool deck. This deck has a large circular lounge overlooking the pool. It is an awesome place to hang out while the kids are swimming, or to spend a lazy holiday afternoon. The pool is large, private and enclosed by bush on two sides creating a unique, natural ambience. The third deck is the garden deck. It is a place of retreat, a place to get away from everything and enjoy a quiet break amongst the banksia trees.

The kitchen is stocked with an expresso coffee machine, a juicer, a nutribullet and an array of coffee, teas and condiments to ensure your stay is as relaxed as possible.

The Peregian Beach Retreat is a short walk to the beach and an easy drive to Hastings St. You are in the perfect position to experience everything that Noosa has to offer; the cafes, restaurants, swimming, surfing, boating, kayaking, golf and the fabulous coastal walks of the Noosa National Park. While you are here, take a drive to the Eumundi markets and then on to the scenic towns of Montville, Maleny and the spectacular Glass House Mountains.

The atmospheric Peregian Beach Village is a hidden gem with some of the best cafes and boutique shopping in the Noosa region. You can rub shoulders with the locals at the Sunday markets or the Peregian Originals music festival and then enjoy a fabulous meal in the village square.
