About this property

Twin Palms # 504 Spacious Ocean Front Condo with oversized balcony.

Our condo is an Ocean front, 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit located on the 5th floor of Twin Palms resort. It has an open floor plan: the kitchen opens into the large living room with the dining area. Fully equipped kitchen has granite bar top and countertops. Dinning table is easily expandable to seat 8 people comfortably.

There are two spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom has king size bed and is facing the Ocean, it has access to the balcony. Second bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds. Plus there is a queen size sleeper-sofa. There are 2 full bathrooms in this condo. Second bathroom was recently renovated with dual sink vanity.

Both living room and Master bedroom have access to gorgeous over-sized balcony overlooking the white sandy beach and the turquoise Gulf waters.

The entertainment package we offer includes Xfinity digital cable service with On Demand movies (available in HD), network connected Blue Ray DVD player. We also offer free Wi-Fi Internet connection and we stock a few dozen DVD movies for your enjoyment.

We have set of 4 large folding beach chairs, couple of smaller chairs, and 7 ft. beach umbrella for our guests to use while staying in our condo.

The Twin Palms Resort is located at the East end of Panama City Beach, where the Front Beach Road meets Thomas Drive. It has outside pool, outside heated Jacuzzi, inside heated pool, sauna, steam room, and exercise room. There is a nice picnic area on the Ocean side with 2 gas grills for you to use.

Our condo is on the 5th floor (the first 3 floors are designated for parking garage, i.e., the parking is below the building) - no long walks from the condo to the parking garage across the street (as in many other resorts). Also, there are just 5 units per floor (18 living floors total) with 3 elevators serving the building, which translates into the best unit-to-elevator ratio among all Gulf front high-rises in the area. Therefore - the elevator waiting time is much shorter.

The condo total square footage is about 1146 sq.ft.

Panama City Beach offers wide variety of attractions for all ages and vacation styles: sunset dinner cruises (BYOB style), "swim with the dolphins" adventure boat trips, jet ski rentals, excursions to the Shell Island, sea kayaks, snorkeling and scuba diving, helicopter tours along the coast, banana boat rides, parasailing, sailboat rentals, deep sea fishing, water parks, mini golf, bungee jumping, amusement parks, Sea World park, Zoo, fine dining, live concerts, hiking, bicycle riding/rentals, you name it...

I am sure you'll find something interesting for you and for everyone in your party. There are free coupons for local attractions on the stand at the ground floor of the resort (in the elevator lobby) as well in many local stores, and news stands. Check Internet and/or local press for any special event which may interest you happenning during your stay between Panama City Beach and Destin (which is another vacation town 30 miles west from PCB).

I had a fantastic time staying at this condo! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect. Ocean view from the balcony - beautiful; location - very good; customer service - excellent. Having said this, must let prospective renters know the condo was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The bedding was dirty; they either had not been changed after the last people who slept in the beds left or they were not properly washed/cleaned. The floors were dirty and the dining room table was dusty/oily. The balcony was not clean; in fact, it had an empty beer can sitting on the floor in the middle of the balcony. There was sand all over the balcony floor and the seat cushions were dirty. Upon notifying the condo owners they were very cooperative. They told us to buy new sheets or wash the existing ones, whichever we preferred. They did send out another cleaning crew, but the cleaning crew was unable to come to the condo until the next morning. Other things we encountered included the fact that there were no extra clean kitchen trash bags to use nor were there any cleaning supplies available so that we could clean/disinfect the kitchen and bathroom counters during the week. The one week rental cost was extremely high. For the amount of money we paid I expected a luxury apartment. Yes, I am aware the rentals being charged are higher than normal this year, but there is absolutely no way this condo is worth the amount of money I paid for one week at the beach, especially considering the shape the condo was in when my family arrived.

Excellent place to stay. The condo is spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. There is plenty of room for a family. The location was close to everything and parking was secure. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided by the owners.

Wonderful Condo ! The Bucks

This was our first time to Panama City Beach and this condo provided everything we were hoping for and more! It is very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for easy cooking. The view is amazing! We DEFINITELY want to stay in Oxana's condo again. Oxana and her husband are very easy to work with and answer any questions almost immediately. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The beach is literally right outside your balcony and was part of why we liked staying here. By the end of our month stay, their condo felt like home to us too! Very easy access to visit all parts of the city and surrounding parks, attractions and walks! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

We actually ended up staying in 605, which was an end unit. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. GREAT balcony! With only 5 units per floor you rarely have to wait more than a minute for elevators at Twin Palms Resort! We'd love to stay here again!
