We really enjoyed our stay; Sandrine was a very warm and welcoming host. The property had all the facilities that we needed for our self-catering stay. The bathroom being located on the ground floor was not to our liking, our own preference would be bathroom located on same floor as bedroom. The bathroom location is indicated in the property description but that detail can be overlooked.The bedroom has a sloping ceiling which was manageable for us but tall people may find a bit if a challenge. The bed linen was not to our liking and though the bed itself was comfortable, we feel that the bed linen let it down and was actually uncomfortable. The garden is cosy and was very pleasant to sit outside in during the evenings. Location itself was very good but although there is a bus route nearby, a car would be recommended.

Meilleure expérience de location ! L’appartement était magnifique, propre et décoré avec goût! Les photos montrent déjà la qualité du lieu mais en vrai vous pouvez rajouter 2 étoiles ! Sandrine a été d’une gentillesse dingue, très à l’écoute et a rendu notre séjour dans cette belle région encore plus beau !! Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Très beau séjour, malgré la chaleur. Region magnifique et la mer... surtout ! On s'est vraiment sentis chez nous. Propre, tranquille, accueillant. Sandrine chaleureuse et accueillante, aux petits soins, de bon conseil. On recommande fortement. A renouveler sans hésitations !

Très bien à tous points de vue !

Accueil très sympathique de notre hôte dans un logement d'une propreté irréprochable ! La maison est très bien équipée, le petit jardin est très agréable. La localisation est idéale : à 15 min à pied de la plage de Madrague, à 10 min à pied des bus menant à Biarritz. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !

Super séjour à Anglet

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Anglet ! Le logement est agréable et fonctionnel, très bien situé, au calme, proche des plages, des commerces et du réseau de bus pour visiter le Pays Basque. La place de stationnement dans la cour est un plus. Merci à Sandrine pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils ! A recommander !

Excellent en tout point. Location d exception, Mme Chaumont est réactive et à l’écoute.

Très bien situé, propreté irréprochable, très bien desservi, tout à disposition, voiture sécurisée, appartement très bien équipé. Plage, pistes cyclables, parcours de promenades, lignes de bus à proximité. Location à recommander.

Mon avis

Logement impeccable mais problème avec la propriétaire au moment du départ. Le lave linge n'a pas démarré lors de notre dernière lessive. Panne qu'elle veut m'imputer pour "mauvaise utilisation" !!! Elle a gardé ma caution de 500 €. Elle veut racheter un lave linge et me le faire payer ! Contact avec Abritel qui me dit qu'on ne peut en aucun cas m'imputer une panne de lave linge sauf à l'avoir détérioré ce qui n'est pas le cas : il ne s'est tout simplement pas mis en route. Déclaration à mon assureur pour faire jouer la responsabilité civile ce qui n'a pas semblé la satisfaire. A noter que ce lave linge a 12 ans ! j'attends donc l'intervention de mon assureur pour la matrche à suivre.

Maison de vacances parfaite dans un endroit calme et agréable

Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos vacances dans cette superbe maison de vacances. La maison est de bon goût et très bien équipée. L'emplacement est super pour toute activité. La plage est facilement accessible à pied. En vélo ou en bus, on se rend facilement à Biarritz et à Bayonne. Les hôtes étaient très gentils et toujours prêts à aider. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Merci beaucoup Sandrine et Patrice

Séjour très agréable

Les propriétaires sont vraiment très aimables et serviables. Ils nous ont bien expliqué les choses au début et étaient toujours à notre disposition si nous avions des questions. L'appartement ou la petite maison de vacances est de conception relativement récente et bien pensée, aménagé avec bon goût et offre beaucoup d'équipements avec des détails pratiques. On peut très bien se garer dans la cour et déposer des affaires dans l'abri de jardin situé à côté. La plage d'Anglet est facilement accessible à pied, il faut compter 10 à 15 minutes. L'arrêt de bus (par exemple pour Biarritz) est à 10 minutes. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous venons de passer une semaine (avec nos vélos) dans cette très belle région. Nous avons été accueillis à notre arrivée par les propriétaires qui sont charmants et au petit soin de leurs clients. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif annoncé, tres bien agencé et decoré avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est également de belle qualité. L'extérieur, fleuri en cette saison est super agreable. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons sans souci. Virginie et Nicolas .

Location idéal pour un séjour au pays basque

Très belle location au calme parfaite pour un séjour en couple, plage accessibles à pieds, proximité de tous le commerces et toutes les jolies villes du pays basques. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants avec les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Accueil très sympathique.

Logement idéal dans quartier residentiel proche des plages

Vacances au calme dans petite maison décorée avec goût , accueil sympatique et gentillesse des hôtes qui font tout pour que l on se sente bien chez eux sans pour autant être intrusifs. Nous avons apprécié d avoir nos vélos et voiture en lieu sécurisé. Merci pour tout!
