Very nice modern appartement, new, crispy clean, everything in optimal condition, good size (we where 2 people), comfortable with all modcom's. Good communication with the host Frederic who was very friendly and to the point.We where delighted with out stay!

Bonjour Madame, L'annonce n'indique pas l'existence d'une climatisation. Bien que le logement soit récent de 2020 et conforme à la RT2012 (réglementation thermique), nous comprenons que votre séjour a été rendu plus difficile par la canicule exceptionnelle que nous avons rencontrée sur fin du mois de juin 2025 avec notamment la journée du 24 juin 2026 qui est devenu la journée la plus chaude jamais enregistrée en France sur la moyenne nationale, ce qui situe l’épisode dans une catégorie exceptionnelle. Nous avons fait tout notre possible pour vous rendre cette situation exceptionnelle la plus acceptable possible. Bien cordialement

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, ansprechend und absolut ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist echt komfortabel und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für 3-4 Personen und es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Appartment.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung im ersten Stock mit eigenem Eingang und Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Der Vermieter wohnt im Erdgeschoss. Es wird vor Ort eine Kaution einbehalten, also Scheck oder Bargeld in der angegebenen Höhe mitbringen (gibt es problemlos zurück, wenn alles ok ist).

Parfait en tout point

Super séjour en vacances à Arcangues. La localisation est idéalement située juste à côté de Biarritz. Très calme, les propriétaires des lieux sont disponibles, de bons conseils et très arrangeants. L'appartement est super, très propre, de très bon goût, moderne, très bien équipé et très bien aménagé. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, et nous recommandons vivement cette location, à réserver les yeux fermés !

Très agréable!

Logement très propre et très confortable, au calme et très bien situé pour visiter le Pays Basque. Les propriétaires sont agréables et très discrets malgré la proximité. J’ai beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir stationner mon véhicule de façon sécurisée. Je recommande vivement!

Magnifique séjour

Frederic et Fanny nous ont accueilli comme des amis. Souvent habitués à louer à la semaine, c est notre meilleure expérience. Énorme +, la literie est d excellente qualité sans parler de la qualité des équipements et aménagements. Nous reviendrons avec certitude. Merci encore à vois deux Nicolas
