Amazing adult stay

The expierence was beyond amazing Patricia and Frank and Ramon and all of them were excellent! This was a work trip and yet very fun and everything was great and seamless.

EXCEPTIONAL

To say that this was just a vacation is an understatement, from the moment we walked in the door the staff (Yocelyn, Franco, and Romero (the chef) ) gave us an EXPERIENCE. They were available to us 24/7 all of our rooms were cleaned the minute we made them available. Breakfast was available upon request, and the drinks kept flowing 😍. Andres our concierge, made sure any and everything we needed from excursion issues, to transportation needs was handled. He was available (it seemed like) around the clock. We would say as a family book this property the pictures don’t do it justice, each individual villa is very spacious, ( spacious as in huge) and has its own en-suite.

A TRUE Vacation, with no detail missed.

To say that our group had the best vacation here is a complete understatement - because it was single handedly one of the best experiences from start to finish that any of us had experienced. Jose & the Volalto Team has the customer's experience perfected from the moment we arrived in the Dominican to the moment we left. They took care of everything including our transportation, our meals, our Covid tests to return back to the states, finding us anything we needed, helping us get prescriptions filled after one of our kids had to get stitches from an injury... and that's not even the half of it. Our gracious and kind staff, Frank (butler)/Yolanda (chef)/Joselie (housekeeper), took care of us in every capacity. They were so friendly to our children, always a step ahead with our needs, quietly behind the scenes keeping the home in check... we grew to enjoy having them so much that our kids had a tough time saying goodbye to them by the end of the week! I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt so compelled to let everyone know how wonderful this experience was for our group, that I hope you would select this team, this home, and this experience when you're looking to plan your trip. We are going to be lifers here, and are looking forward to revisiting Corales 60 and our Volalto fam for many years to come! THANK YOU!
