About this property

Beach house in gated community with barbecue

The beach house is in one of the best neighborhoods of Praia Grande, which is Vila Tupi. It is in a closed condominium along with 5 more houses and ours is house 1. All houses are independent, with only the garage to be shared. It is approximately 31m2, with a compact kitchen that is well equipped, with plenty of cutlery, cookware, fridge and cooktop, cable channels, internet and a barbecue area that is in the open area of the house.
At 50m we have the Nova Era market, at 200m the Extra supermarket. The house is 2 blocks from Avenida Presidente Kennedy where has banks, supermarkets, restaurants and a range of trades in general, and 3 blocks from Praia da Tupi, no need to drive. Come hope you guys. At our property, families are welcome.
