Nice place, negative things were smokers on the patio below us, only 1 elevator was working, dryer was intermittent on drying , sometimes it worked , others it didn’t and yes we cleaned the filter. Great place to stay , we love Orange Beach!

Great Stay

We were pretty impressed with the condo. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, nothing major, but we let them know, and they got back to us very quickly. It fit everyone comfortably and was in the perfect location. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.

Amazing location for families with littles! The zero entry pool, kiddie pool, and splash pad were great for my 2, 4, and 6 year olds. It was not crowded at all. Plenty of open chairs around the pools. Wonderful location on the beach. The condo could have used a thorough cleaning. There was dried food on the table. Walls by the bunk beds were pretty dirty. This condo is right next to the elevator and you could hear the elevator in the master bedroom at night. Overall, I felt the lack cleanliness and elevator could be overlooked because of the family friendly environment.

My family had a wonderful week. Weather was perfect and plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 child. The only complaint is the air conditioning would not go below 74 degrees. It was quite warm in the condo. Otherwise nice place for family.

Love orange beach

Condo was nice, beds were amazing. Dishwasher was broken so anytime i I cooked I had to wash the pots and pans together crusty food off. I don’t know if anyone reported the broken dishwasher so they thought it was washing. That did not hinder our trip. .

We ABSOLUTELY will be back!!!

The condo was amazing! Super clean, lovely complex. Everything was well-taken care of. The elevators are super-fast, it was wonderful having assigned parking spaces, and the beach is amazing! The only thing that was just okay was the dishwasher. It is loud and the door seems to have sprung. Works fine, but might be time for an upgrade. Definitely wouldn't prevent us from staying here again, this was by far our favorite condo we have rented!

This was our 4th condo to stay at on property. The frig had a water drip on top shelf that got things wet. This is first we stayed in that did not have ice maker instead what we thought was a wine frige but was like a small dorm frig that kept things cool. Also the patio furniture needed a little improving

We had a small girls weekend, (with my husband invited to be the maker of coffee and breakfast!) and had a lovely time. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook for a group and the dining room table was so nice with windows all around it...aaah! This unit was well appointed, fresh decorating, and wonderfully new furniture! My last few rentals ( other places) had broken horrid furniture that was miserable to sit or sleep on! The grounds were lovely, maintained pool, great view, short walk to the beach and shopping! We will be back! -already looked at dates we can gather again! Thank you!

We had never been to the area before and when I started looking at a variety of rentals, this one is one that caught my eye immediately. Plenty of room to stretch out, very tastefully decorated, kitchen stocked with pretty much everything you could want, including two different types of coffee pots! The furniture was comfortable and clean. Beds VERY comfortable, plenty of spare blankets and pillows in closet, if needed. The balcony was not huge, but plenty roomy. Also included two parking spots and they were out of the sun! Another plus. Dealing with Luxury vacation rentals was a breeze! Weather could have been better while we were there, but with such a beautiful, comfortable condo, we did not let that dampen our vacation spirits one bit.

The lady I spoke with from coastal properties was very rude and NOT helpful!! She didn’t care in the least that the bathroom commode would not flush and smelled awful.

Orange Beach

Location perfect. Pools perfect. Beach perfect. Condo in good condition but needs some repairs of several things. Called guest relations and someone came but problems were not resolved. They said parts needed to be ordered. The problem I have with the things that were not functioning properly is that they had been reported in a review and owner’s response to review was that they would check into the needs. Well they still need to check into refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer not working properly. There was also a electrical outlet issue in bedroom with bunk beds. We didn’t report it because we decided to not use it.Also in that bedroom the cable outlet is just a hole in the wall no covering over it. We did contact them about the floors being dirty that we noticed after we had been there maybe an hour and the bottom of our feet were very dirty. They came over and cleaned the floors. After two nights sleeping tge master bed mattress started hurting my back. I think it could use replacing. I found the extra pillows and used them to help. Overall if these items are corrected I will definitely stay here again. I did ask about dates and prices for next year but didn’t book yet.We didn’t let these things ruin our wonderful beach trip.
