The master suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a jacuzzi tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.

The unit also features a sofa-sleeper and flat-screen TV in the living room with breathtaking views of the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling windows. This unit also has tile floors in the living area, plantation shutters throughout, and free Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wet bar with an ice maker, and a full-sized washer and dryer.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
