About this property

First floor end unit condo with scenic bay water view

Perfect space for a small family or two couples! Step out to our screened porch to the beautiful bay water views. We are on the first floor end unit with a short walk to a private beach. The community amenities are a short walk from our unit offering a pool and hot tub, golfing, kayaking and playground area to meet everyone’s needs, also including tennis, pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts. Bethany and Delaware state park beaches are within 5 miles away. We are close to the Ocean City, Maryland line as well as Dewey and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, all within 15 miles away. The outlets in Rehoboth Beach offer plenty of shops and restaurants. The boardwalks in O.C., Md and Rehoboth offer shops and amusement parks, while Bethany Beach boardwalk is a smaller setting but nice restaurants and quaint shops. Be sure to check out the local farmer’s markets, Parsons is our favorite! Sunday mornings Bethany boardwalk offers a great outside market. There also are local grocers within a mile away. Also, close by are our favorite wineries, Salted Vineyards, Nassau Valley and Windmill Creek. You may run out of time before you can enjoy all of it! Please see the rules and policies for pertinent information. We do have Ring at our front door only.

No beach chairs. Only one access key. We got no reply from property manager when we asked for another key. Kitchen could use some more matching glasses that are not plastic. The lack of response from the manager I found troublesome. The place was very clean. It would have been nice to have some beach chairs. Nice view from screened-in porch.

The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything one would need (washer/dryer, pots, pants, utensils etc.) Lori was wonderful to work with and available to answer questions and did so very quickly. Overall a very nice stay. It may be a good idea to bring a heavy door stop for the front door.

Birthday Celebration
We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday at Oceanview on Labor Day weekend. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the condo. The condo was perfect from the time we arrived at the entrance which was beautifully decorated to the very end of our stay. The condo was very clean and had a great water view. It was great that cable and internet were provided and anything else you needed. The kitchen had dishes and even seasonings! There were also pool passes left on the table which we did not get the chance to enjoy. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch that overlooked the bay. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo. Would definitely stay again. Garland & Jamie

The location is wonderful. Has everything you need. Our only concerns were the excessive amount of spider webs and spiders we had to clean up. And the bed is not the most comfortable. But over all we throughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at this condo. It was very clean, and had everything we needed! We really enjoyed evenings on the screened in porch- the sunsets were beautiful! My son loved the pool (it’s a short walk from the unit). It was an easy drive to the beach (go earlier in the day to avoid traffic). I would definitely recommend staying here!
