The home is spacious with high ceilings, large windows, a large deck that opens to a sandy area with a firepit and room for kids to play in the sand with a beautiful view of the Siuslaw River and South Jetty. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away. Put your toes in the sand and watch the sunsets at night by the river. The home has a very private backyard nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the River House. We walked into Old Town and enjoyed some great meals, rode the sand dunes, walked the beach, and enjoyed every evening sitting around a wood fire in the fire pit and every morning watching the river and wildlife. It’s a beautiful setting and the house is stocked with everything you need and more.

Definitely earned a return visit!

This property was top notch and absolutely perfect for our long weekend stay. There were 6 of us (3 couples) - and this 3 bedroom house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Right on the river and walking distance to Old Town for shopping and great food. We will definitely be returning!

This house was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 teens). Lots of space inside and out, beautiful view, close walk to Old Town, quiet and private. The home was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was great. The 11am checkout was appreciated too. An absolutely fantastic property.
