Beautiful Lakeview. We brought our dog and it was great having the beach for her to walk into the water. Trees on both sides of the property made it feel very private. Deers greeted us everyday. Very clean house and the bedrooms were all a great size. Great deck with gates on the stairs so it was great for the dog to be outside and not able to run off. Would be great for small kids as well. Would stay at this property in the future.

Perfect Spot

Well outfitted home for a family vacation at the lake. Private beach and boat lift made it a perfect location for getting in and on the water.

Best time, Best Memories

Very clean house. A well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space. The dog and the 2 year old loved the sandy beach at the dock. Older girls had a blast swimming by the dock too. The use of the boat lift was a huge plus. We all really enjoyed our time. The walk back up from the water was a little tiring, but I feel like it was easier as the week went on haha, nice exercise! It is a lovely home, nice view, good size, and pet friendly.

Family reunion

The house was well stocked but lacked internet and trash pick up. Two major issues. The extra frig is a big bonus. The yard and decks were great and having a sandy beach was a plus. The walk to the lake was a bit trying.

Thank you for your comments. As new owners of the home, we welcome your input so that improvements can be made. As of October 2020, the house has great WIFI available through Comcast/Xfinity and a service has been hired to pick up the trash. All beds have new box springs and mattresses and we now have 2 king and 2 queen sized beds with sturdy frames.

Vacation Keeper

We have been going to Smith Mountain Lake for years. We have finally found the vacation home that fits all of our needs. The walk to the lake is a little steep but good exercise. We had six deer that stayed in the yard all of our vacation. They house well well stocked with pans and utensil and a nice supply of spices. The rooms were spacious and fit our needs perfectly. The beach area was perfect for our dog.

Such a GREAT house!

We have always wanted to visit Smith Mountain Lake. This house was perfection! Great location. Loved the sandy beach for our dogs. Boat rental was super close. The house was updated and fit every need. Property managers were attentive and super easy to work with. We would definitely book this house again!

Exactly what the description and pictures promised. No surprises in this house! Great view, accommodations, spacious and easy to relax. Sun sets right on the back porch with amazing views of the lake

After COVID 19

This is a great property. Plenty of room. Nicely furnished. One suggestion would Be to upgrade mattresses on the lower level. Everyone had a stiff back after their stay.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Good news! All 4 bedrooms now have brand new mattresses and box springs and all bed frames have been replaced with sturdy frames. Of note, we now have 2 king and 2 queen sized beds.
