Imagine waking up with a view of the lake. You can do this from king bedrooms at this beautiful lake front home. Just 50 steps after you pour your coffee until you are relaxing on the dock or maybe you want to wait for the family to wake up and you enjoy a lake view from the porch.

We list and book our home through platforms AirBnB, and Vrbo. Also, we do Direct bookings should you reach out in advance to Ainsley Moyer. We try to keep the pricing as close as possible. Due to service fees and or credit card fees, prices between sites might vary.

Kayaks, Paddle board, water Trampoline (during summer months only) all included! Plus the linens... which is rare at the lake!!!

Our home was originally built 1974 and completed a full remodeled to including a new kitchen, bathrooms, and furnishings March 2019.

This property has lake views from almost EVERY room in the house! In the family room, a 54" Smart TV to stream Netflix with the fam. Off of the living room is the sunroom that offers a spectacular lake view. Off the sunroom is a spacious porch with newly upholstered patio seating and dinning.

The kitchen offers all new high-end appliances, counter seating, and is fully stocked. We have a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, wine openers, wine glasses, baking dishes, pots, pans, flatware and full service for 8. Should you find that you need something additional, call us! Communicating is key!

The main level also includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom is The Master Suite appointed with a beautiful "Fog" upholstery King bed and opens up to the porch that overlooks the lake! The second bedroom offers two sets of twin trundle beds. The trundle room is adjoined to a playroom room. with a football table This space is designed as a place for the kids to have their own space to play games or watch a movie on the 48" Smart TV after a long day swimming in the lake!

On the ground floor is the the third bedroom with a king bed and 3/4 bath and offers a view of the lake! Their is also a room with two double beds! Lots of space to spread out in this amazing lake retreat! Outside these rooms is an additional family area featuring a large 65" Smart TV, 90' Sofa, 8 foot pool table, shuffleboard, and bar table/stools.

Bringing kids? We have busy children of our own! All renovations and updates were made with kids in mind! Their is even a door at the top of the stairs which is great for safety! We have a pack-n-play and a highchair!

Thinking about meals? We have a Weber grill right off the outdoor dinning area to enjoy lake side dinning!

Situated on an almost flat lot you are only steps away from the oversized dock on the lake. We have a large stationary dock and a floater. Plenty of room to tie up your boat. Our listing provides additional info on how and where to rent a boat should you choose to do so! Located just off the main channel on Caddock’s Creek you are protected being in the back of the cove.

No smoking allowed, Pets must be disclosed at time of booking. A $250 pet pet fee applies for the first pet and $100 for an additional.

Water depth is approximately 22 feet deep at the end of floater at full pond
