Great time in the winter!

My family had a great time staying warm by the fireplace and looking out at the beautiful frozen lake for a long weekend. Great location as we were able to visit Traverse City one day and ski at Caberfe Peaks the next. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to cook and relax. Thank you!

We were impressed that it was so fully stocked with anything we would need. The only negative was the one night of the blizzard we were without heat for several hours and it got down to 55. That was not on the host, it was just a bad night for us. Other than that it was a terrific property!

My husband and I enjoyed the house on beautiful Lake Mitchell. The home was warm and inviting. We took day trips around the upper counties for the Fall Colors. Our house was spotless and our contact Stephanie had direct contact with us.

Everything was amazing and better than the pictures. Anything you need was there. Beach towels, garbage bags, dryer sheets, toilet paper and paper towels. Seasonings of every kind. Coffee supplies.

Everything was clean and the kitchen was a dream. It was such a treat to use the kayaks. The host was extremely helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Winter Ski Trip

The house was awesome with a beautiful view of the lake. We stayed there for our ski trip at caberfae peaks which was a straight shot from the house. Cadillac is a great little town with good local restaurants. Highly, highly recommend for winter or summer lodging. Bonus…the house has heated floors!

Everything we hoped for and more

This was the perfect set up for our group and a long weekend stay. We loved the wood burning fireplace and the ambiance that it set off. The space was ample for us (2 couples). The kitchen had everything we needed. And the beds were very comfortable.

I'd really give this a 4 and half is able. The location is great, house is nice and well stocked, and the manager was very easy to communicate with. It only gets a little knock for some outdated/ end of life outdoor furniture and dock, and some misses by the cleaning crew. Having to clean a toilet upon arrival, crumbs off the counter, and hair out of the tub is disappointing when you get charged so much for cleaning with these spots. The manager was apologetic and isn't the end of the world, but I can't in good conscious give it a perfect rating otherwise.

Ladies Getaway

This beautiful home allowed our group of six ladies to have a fun, relaxing, enjoyable weekend. The house was as equipped with everything needed. More importantly, the home has an open layout and comfortable furnishings. We are already talking about coming back!

Lake House

We used this home for a weekend getaway to beautiful Cadillac. The pictures of the home match exactly what is in real life, although the actual sunrise can’t be beat! The home was clean and had many immunities we used! We will be back!

Winter Getaway

Our group of friends came to Cadillac for a weekend of ice fishing. Although the ice didn't cooperate, the house was all the more important since that's where most of our time was then spent. It has plenty of room, and was in a good location for us.

Beautiful setting great house

Enjoyed a good week in August. The house is well equipped with comfortable sleeping for four. We had six adults and the mattresses in the bunk room are so very worn out - can’t believe they would even work well for young children. We grew up in Michigan and return each summer. This is the most beautiful setting and would love to come back here but won’t because of the lack of comfortable sleeping.

Beautiful property!

We visited for a friend's group New Year's gathering. The property was very clean and very well stocked. Especially the kitchen. Lots of ample seating in the living room and the fireplace was great and the view fantastic. The beds in the bunk room, while I would imagine, good for the kids, were not as comfortable for adults, but there were other areas to sleep. I would imagine, this would be awesome to visit in the summer as well!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This house is perfect if you are looking for a weekend getaway! It was very clean, very spacious for 6 people. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. I have stayed at numerous VRBO's and was impressed with how fully equipped the kitchen was. From dinnerware to spices/condiments/coffee it was a pleasant surprise. Added bonus we asked for a late check out and that was not a problem. We will be back!
