Quaint cottage located in Cadillac's west side, with peek a boo views of Lake Mitchell. 10 minutes from Caberfae peaks and close to boating, golf and many other activities for all seasons. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath , spacious open concept living room and kitchen. Best of all, it has a private fenced in backyard with a fire pit and outdoor dining set. This is perfect for families and vacationers. High speed internet allows for a work from home location with a view!

The space is best suited for families or multiple couples.

There are two bed rooms with queen beds and one one bedroom with two twin beds.

The cottage has a private, quiet, fenced in yard where you can enjoy a campfire and yard games.

The cottage located on a quiet paved road and has plenty of parking for multiple vehicles right in the driveway. There is room for a boat or snowmobile trailer.

This cottage was so cute and just perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids ages 3 and under. From the quiet neighborhood to the fenced in backyard, it is perfect for families with small children. With everything on one level, there’s no worry about stairs. The place is clean and exactly as advertised. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Christmas getaway

A very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Clean house with everything you'll need to cook and clean. Nice firepit to enjoy in the back yard. Home owners anwser questions very quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

House was very clean and tidy. Plenty of dishes for meals. Beds were comfy. Didn't get to use outdoors because of rain but firepit and patio would be great in good weather.

Excellent Property

We were in town for a wedding over the weekend and our family (including young children) had more than enough space to spread out. It is obvious that the house is well cared for and maintained. The hosts left many personal touches and the directions for arrival and checkout were very clear and direct.

Perfect Weekend Ski Trip

We have a group that visits Cadillac once a year since 1988 for Guys Ski Weekend. This year, four of us stayed here and we loved it! Fire pit, new appliances, beautiful kitchen, clean bathroom, and nice beds. It was far beyond what we’ve experienced in town. Big step up.

Quiet cottage stay

We loved the four days we had at this cottage. It exactly met the description and certainly had the amenities we were looking for. We were up in Cadillac visiting family and just needed a quiet place for we three adults from out-of-town to sleep and have some time apart from very loved and energetic grandchildren. The cottage was perfect for that. Claire and Ethan did great on sending us the info we needed and responded promptly to any questions we had. We would love to stay at this cottage again!

Great location!

Thank you, Claire and Ethan! Arrived shortly after a big snowstorm had hit. Driveway had been plowed and the back door stoop was cleared for our arrival. Heat was on and the place was spic and span clean. Short drive to Caberfae and convenient to downtown Cadillac. Would definitely stay here again.
