*deep cleanings between guests, carpet steaming as needed & every 3 months. New towels & linens every year.

Surveillance disclosure: A security camera is located inside the garage, pointed only at the garage door. Its coverage is limited to the door itself — it does not view any living areas of the home. It is used solely to confirm the garage door is closed, because an open door can freeze the home's water pipes in winter and attracts bears and wildlife to the trash in summer.

Hey Everyone - Recently purchased this wonderful condo in Vail in Lionshead. My wife and I are both native Colordians, growing up in Denver and graduating from CU-Boulder...GO BUFFS!

We currently live in Santa Barbara with our twin toddlers but love spending the summers in Vail.

Why they chose this property

Our amazing condo is located in Lionshead, walk to Cascade Lift #20. Very a spacious 3 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom home we take pride in having comfortable amenities and making sure our guests have a great experience.

What makes this property unique

We have our own website, which will tell you all about the place, things to do, places to visit and upcoming events. Enjoy close grocery stores and the Grand Hyatt Spa & Pool right across the street.
