This place was really nice. Had all the conveniences you could want. It was so clean and well cared for and the art work was fantastic! We enjoyed the 8 days we spent there. I would definitely recommend this to any one!!

This home in Mesa was just as described. It’s an older home but we found it to be very clean and it suited our needs perfectly. The patio in the back was very enjoyable and we even made use of the outside grill. An extra perk was that it was an easy walk to grab a few grocery supplies or quick bite. Would rent again!

great place to stay

we really enjoyed our time here. everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with. the pool could use some new chairs and remove the broken ones. it was very clean. would stay here again!

Awesome 2 bedroom!

Mesa Moondance Sinatra is an awesome 2 bed/2 bath house! Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Not far from the 202 loop and easy access to Skyharbor and Falcon Field! Easy check in and check out.

We recommend this fun, Sinatra themed house. The neighborhood is attractive and you can walk to restaurants and other conveniences. The community amenities are great and we felt safe. We loved how clean and well organized the house was. Communication from AZ Vacation Home Rentals was helpful and they quickly answered any questions we had. We highly recommend staying here - it is ideal for a group of 4 and comfortable in all ways.

Great little property in a wonderful neighborhood

It was a lovely area, and a beautiful property with a great view from the back patio each morning. The management was fantastic in any assistance I needed. The community pool was only a short walk away. There was plenty of food and shopping nearby. Definitely enjoyed my stay there.

Spring Break

The house is in a great location to go various directions for activities. Neighborhood is very safe with many stores & restaurants. The house & pool area are very clean. There is a quite abit of traffic noise at times.

Great location and house

This place is conveniently located near grocery store and eateries. Nice layout to home. Loved the two baths and use of the garage. Although there were a few issues with things not working, responsiveness and professionalism of maintenance was great. We would stay here again.

Wonderful home away from home

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in our AZ “home” while visiting with family and places we enjoyed when we lived in the area. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen necessities to towels galore. The bed was super comfy, the area quiet, the patio view so relaxing, and many other little things usually lacking in a rental. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants, plus major highways so getting aground was easy. We said we could see ourselves staying comfortably for a month enjoying the AZ weather.

Overall ok

Pros: The property was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Jenson Street is very busy and noisy. Neighbors on the north side are in and out frequently in the middle of the night.

Perfecttion!

This was the perfect place for my parents to stay. They loved the pool and whirlpool! The home had everything they needed and more! They said they slept so soundly on the comfortable bed. My dad loved watching baseball on the big screen TV in the recliner. He was in heaven! Super close to grocery shopping and other stores. They loved it so much they want to buy it! Property manager and home owner were very helpful with great communication. Thank you for making this a terrific family visit for them!

Spectacular Sinatra!

This home has a great contemporary take on a “rat pack” theme. I really loved all the details in this home. The wall art is truly unique, there are so many fun pictures to look at. I am personally a big fan of swing and jazz music so this home was a perfect match! The location was also perfect, it’s in a nice small neighborhood, and the next door neighbors have an amazing lemon tree! We were close to shopping (I could’ve walked to Target if I wanted to) and there are some great restaurants not very far away (we really like the pizza from Red White & Brew). We did a lot of hiking in Tonto and did the wind cave trail a number of times. The view up there is incredible. Overall the trip was great and we are already planning for next year. AZ Vacation Home Rentals was such a pleasure to work with we plan on booking through them directly for next year.

Great for Seniors

This was a perfect condo for our needs over Christmas. The home was very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I loved the fact we had an attached garage to use. The size of this home is good. It was not cramped. The kitchen was easy to work in and well equipped. There is a grocery store and fast food on the corner of the neighborhood. Very convenient. This condo is a one story. No stairs. No long walk from vehicle to haul luggage. There is a signal at the neighborhood entrance/exit. That made it easy getting out of neighborhood due to busy road. We would rent again. It was very enjoyable.

AZ townhouse

Nice property, clean & well stocked (more supplies than most). Response time to any questions we had was within minutes. Not a complaint, but more a preference on our part since we are in our 70's. Master bed was extremely high & too difficult for us to use. The toilets seemed lower than standard. Again this may be more our age & agility (or lack of). A nice selection of games, books & DVDs but no DVD player. We brought our Fire stick & used our Dish Anywhere feature from home. We did miss having local Arizona news & programs on TV. 2 major grocery stores within 5 minutes or less. Nice selection of restaurants close by and easy access to the 202.
