Nice little cottage and charming 52 m² + veranda facing south. quiet and very sunny corner été.Situé at 2. 5 km from the center of Thones and all its activities. In winter 15 minutes from winter sports resorts of Aravis. At 20 minutes from Lake Annecy and 45 minutes from Geneva.


** Chalet 52 m² + porch, for 5 people, located 2. 5 km from the center of Thônes.
Ground floor :
- Veranda with table and chairs. Mountain View
- Fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher (products supplied), electric oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, plus all the crockery. (Ceiling height 1m 85)
1st floor (access by stairs)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- 1 TV corner with sofa, TV and DVD player
- Bathroom with sink and shower
- Independent WC
- Storage area with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, raclette and fondue, electric barbecue.
2nd floor (miller's ladder)
- 1 large room with 1 double bed and a bed for 1 person (possibility to add a cot and a cot)
All staircases are equipped with ramps and barriers for children.
Facilities also a garage with direct access into the apartment, two parking spaces, a green area with outdoor clothesline.

Small but comfortable

Delightfully situated on the side of a steep valley, this small house was just right for a holiday. It was difficult to find - directions needed. A good holiday.

We hadden 4 toffe dagen in Thones met een mooie fietstocht rond het meer en een hele mooie wandeling die startte op 5 km rijden bij een restaurant. Ook Annecy is zeker de moeite waard.Het huisje is klein en eenvoudig maar comfortabel. Er is wel geen internet maar het was interessant om even af te kicken! De keuken is goed ingericht met al het nodige materiaal. We hebben van het verblijf en de omgeving erg genoten!

Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Un chalet impeccable, coorespondant au descriptif. Très propre, bien adapté à nos attentes. Environnement de montagne. Grands espaces autour du chalet. Très calme. Paysages superbes. Proche de Thônes où il y a toutes les commodités (boutiques, supermarché, boulangerie, café....). Un séjour vraiment très réussi. Nous reviendrons.
