About this property

Lake house, new dock, boat slip. Great golfing & fishing. Sleeps 6 Adults.

We are offering our lovely home to families with children and pets. Our home is located right on a gorgeous lake with a brand new dock and an oversized deck. Large dock, outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and a gas griddle for outdoor cooking. There are 2 kayaks, a lily pad, and 2 bicycles available to use.

You will appreciate a beautiful sunset view on the lake as well as the whole atmosphere of the newly remodeled house.

Our home is spacious. It has a ​vaulted ceiling and hardwood floor throughout. On cold nights, you can warm up by the fireplace in our huge living room while spending quality time with your family. The kitchen comes with cooking ware and condiments you might need for your stay. Groceries can be bought at Woods or HyVee on your way in or ordered for delivery.

The house is located in the Village of the Four Seasons, close to restaurants by car or by boat. There is a convenient store on Horseshoe Bend & Bittersweet, about 2.2 miles from the house. Short walk to Shady Gator’s and H-Toad’s and 5 minutes boat ride to Tap-n-Grill. We are only 15 minutes to the strip and Bagnell Dam.

Welcome to our serene cul-de-sac, where friendly neighbors create a warm and inviting atmosphere! You'll find an abundance of water toys ready for your enjoyment during your stay. Unlike typical rental properties, our home is a cherished retreat we share only five weeks a year; we spend the rest of our time at the lake, making memories with family and friends. This special place brings us joy, and we hope it becomes a joyful getaway for you, too!

What makes this property unique

We are only a short distance from many restaurants by car or boat. Our house is unique because the backyard is by the lake. The house was built right on the water in the late 70s, which is no longer permitted by the local jurisdiction. This is a beautiful cove with the most stunning view of the sunset. You will never get tired of sitting on the dock watching the sunset and listening to the water splashing against the seawalls.
