Located in the heart of Deep Creek Lake, this spacious townhome offers stunning views, easy lake access, and an indoor community pool.

Offering an open layout, the spacious main level has plenty of room to kick-back and unwind. You will love the ambiance of the crackling fire while you watch TV or simply enjoy the lake and ski slope views in the great room.

Outfitted with everything you need to make a delicious dinner, the kitchen is well-equipped for the chef in your group. There is plenty of seating at the dining table as well as the breakfast bar.

Upstairs, the loft adds to your living space. It is a great area to hang out and watch TV or play a game of table top foosball.

You will find all sleeping quarters on the lower level. The primary suite has a queen bed and TV along with a private bath with a relaxing jetted tub. It has access to the lower deck giving you a place of your own to savor your coffee each morning. There are two bedrooms on this floor each with a queen bed.

Overlooking the lake, the deck is the perfect vantage point to watch the sunset over the mountain. You can also make use of the grill for summertime cookouts.

Right across the street is 325 feet of community lake front with a lakeside deck and picnic tables. The large grassy area gives the kids room to run and play when they're not swimming or fishing. No matter what the weather, the indoor community pool will provide hours of fun too.

Within a short walk (.3 miles), you will find Pine Lodge Steakhouse, Black Bear Tavern, Short Story Brewing, and Deep Creek Funzone. Many other restaurants and activities are just a five to ten-minute drive.

Wisp Resort is home to endless year-round adventures! They have two championship golf courses, miles of ski trails, a snow tubing park, ziplines and canopy tours, disc golf, and a thrilling mountain coaster. On top of the mountain, you can take a guided white water rafting trip at the Adventure Sports Center.

Nice place and beautiful view

Plenty of room for six adults, great views and it was very nice. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The other two bedrooms did not have comfortable mattresses for adults.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunplace 7. It is located near restaurants and activities. It is also located across the street from the lake. Our only suggestion would be to update the family room furniture because it is old and worn and brings down the look of an otherwise lovely room.

The property was perfect for our long get away weekend. It offered a wonderful view of the lake and was close to McHenry, Oakland and others areas we visited. The fire pit near the water made for a wonderful, relaxing and fun evening. The property was dated, however, had all that we needed for the trip. Thank you!

Great location - comfortable accommodations

Our family of 7 adults spent a quick ski weekend at Sunplace. The townhome has everything you need and is so close to Wisp, restaurants and the main road through town. The loft area could use some updating - the sofa bed was broken and the futon bed was really uncomfortable. Looks like it would be a fun place in the summer as well...just walk across the street to the community lakeside area. Great views from the front balcony of the lake & ski area.

This is the second time this year we stayed at this rental and love the property. It's a great value! Lots of space, beautiful views and in the heart of all the action of Deep Creek Lake. Unfortunately, this time dealing with the property manager, Taylor Made, was horrible! The water to the unit was turned off, but we were not notified in any of the communication or instructions regarding check in. The employee at Taylor Made was extremely unprofessional and started our weekend getaway off on a sour note. It is this type of experience I have come to expect from large property managers which is why we gravitate towards VRBO expecting private owners. Employees of large companies seem to care less about the guest experience than private owners. As much as we love this property, I don't know that we will race back to book it again knowing who/what we have to deal with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and well taken care of. There was plenty of room for an average family to hang out in the Living Room and Kitchen areas. The deck had a beautiful view of the lake. The Master Bedroom was a nice size and the kids rooms were plenty adequate for them. The location was great with close proximity to lots of activities. Not sure if the indoor pool is heated, it was a tad cold for my liking but the kids enjoyed it.

Location is great. The view of the water is wonderful. Your set up works. You need a new front screen door,hanging by one pump. AC wasn't working properly ,called cs had it fixed that night. Working fine now. Your cleaning crew could do a better job. Shower stalks could use a good scrub,I even tried to clean them down. And I vac up the living room rug. I really like your vacation rental. I would like to stay there next year again. Thanks again.

Little disappointed that the property is not actually lakefront. That was a little misleading. The futons in balcony area should not be counted as available sleeping areas. Very uncomfortable and hot in the balcony. Also forgot a couple items and property management was not very helpful. However, was a good vacation and would consider renting again.

This condo is very well equipped. Nothing needed for our stay but food and a few staples like coffee filters etc. Perfect for families with kids as there’s a loft all set up for them. Recommend highly and will visit again if possible.
