Seagrove by the Sea II C is a spacious Gulf-front condominium designed with family comfort in mind. This welcoming 2400 sq. ft. 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome occupies the entire 1st level of an elevated 3-story building and offers an elevator to help you get everything up to your unit.

The spacious living room has plenty of room for everyone to gather in front of the TV for their favorite show or movie. Dining area has family table seating 6 and a game table seating 4. French doors lead from the living room to the Gulf-front balcony. The delightful balcony is outfitted with 2 rocking chairs, dining for 4 plus an additional lounger - enjoy the breezes, sounds of the surf, and sensational sunset views.

The kitchen and central island bar seats 4 and allows for lots of room for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of prep space and storage for all your vacation meals and beach snacks.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, Gulf views and balcony access. Private bath with dual sinks, jetted tub, walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed. Easy access to shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, TV. Easy access to shared bathroom
Bedroom 4: Queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunk bed, TV.

Seagrove By The Sea:
Just steps away is a glistening 15 x 30 community pool, which is shared by only 4 other units. Pool is surrounded by multiple loungers, tables and chairs for your comfort. Dedicated parking for 2 cars plus two more can park under the building. The spots under the building are shared by all building occupants and are for compact cars only. Private walkway leads directly from building to our beautiful white sands beach.

Your stay at Seagrove By The Sea IIC comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Girls Vacation

This place was a great find, very secure for a group of ladies for a Girls get a way. Location was ideal, close drive to restaurants and when at condo, we had the relaxing and quiet time we wanted. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views

The condo was so comfortable and spacious. We loved the first floor balcony with the privacy of the palm trees yet able to see the beautiful beach and water!!! Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back!! Only problem we had was trying to find how to get to our unit.

Walking distance to several restaurants and stores, and 2 miles from Seaside. Condo is very spacious with a great balcony. Kitchen amenities are not great, needs cooking utensils and a few dish rags and towels would be nice...there wasn’t any. 1st floor balcony was great, plenty of seating and nice table and chairs. Overall a good condo in a great location.

Need some upgrading

The beach is not crowded and the community pool was nice. I reccommended they get a large smart tv for the living room for rainy days. Its on the first floor with beautiful views of the ocean. It sits pretty even with the dunes. You can only see parts of the actual beach through the dunes but the views of the ocean are incredible. We had the best week and had the best week. The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with through text message.

Master shower door difficult to open and close. Shower head needs replacing. Whole Shower needs replacing or recalking. Drywall next to towel rack in master needs painting. Mud repair still showing. Could not lock door from master opening to deck.

Great Location

Overall we were happy! The location is perfect. The condo is dated and not completely cleaned when we arrived. Floors were still dirty. The master bathroom had an occasional small leak from the floor above. You can also hear every step the floor above takes. We were not given a gate code ( although management says an email was sent- did not receive) which was inconvenient when arriving late. There is also not much clarification regarding beach placement and chairs. The texting service is great. Would just be nice if this info was provided in a better manner. We will likely be back but to the unit above.

Enjoyed our stay!

This is a really spacious condo in a great location on a private beach. I wholeheartedly agree with others’ reviews that the place could use some updating, but was very clean. At this price point, however, would have expected better in kitchen- cookware, dishes, tools were in very poor shape. One trip to Home Goods or Target and less $$ than they charge for one night would really up the game. Several things were not in working order- stove and oven lights, bathroom fan, ice maker, shared grill below building. Like others, we received the access code for condo door, but had to call for drive and beach access gates.Office was quick to respond but this was inconvenient. Overall I would stay again, but would hope management acts on the feedback.

Relaxing Beach Stay

Nice property and it fit the needs of our family (party of 9). Large enough to give everyone their own space. If you are going to relax, this would be a perfect place. If you are going for activities and attractions, getting closer in to a big city would work better. They only things I didn’t care for here is that there is no grill, no beach service , and things I should have noticed on line and didn’t is that the pool is out front (I personally prefer a pool between the residence and the beach so I don’t miss a moment of beach view during my stay) and with the first floor unit, you could see the water (which was beautiful) but not the beach. I would have loved watching the grandkids on the beach without always having to be right on the beach. I love sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in but you can’t do that here. Overall, it was a perfect vacation for our family even though it was missing a few things of personal preference.

Poor Property Management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at the property. The location is great but the property is becoming run down. Ice maker was broken, pots are disgustingly dirty, stains on the rug, and no internet the entire stay. Only received code for condo and had to call to get entrance gate code and beach access gate code. I spoke with several members of the management team each day and got nothing resolved. Even requested to speak with a manager and still waiting on that call. Management is banking on the location selling this place, and they don't care once they get your money. Very disappointing!! This place has a lot of potential if it was updated and run more professionally.

Beautiful view

We loved staying right on the beach. Great views and great location. Very spacious, clean, had everything we needed. We loved sleeping with the bedroom windows open and hearing the ocean waves as we went to sleep. Under building parking seemed tight at first for our hyundai palisade but we were able to park with no problems. Larger SUV may not fit. Beach here in Oct was very private…almost a private beach. Pool looked small and unexciting but who needs that when the beach is right there! Close to Seaside but also far enough away for peace and quiet. Will definitely return!

Ladies Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location and furnished nicely. There is lots of room for everyone to socialize. Beds were comfortable.Unfortunately, they do have a roach problem that needs to be addressed and the floors need to be mopped not just vacuumed.

Cost issues

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in that unit for many years and the cost continues to increase considerably Yr to yr not reflecting that it is getting to need some upgrades primarily in the bedrooms/ bathrooms

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were never able to get internet service. I messaged property manager they day we arrived and was told it was a provider issue. A few days later in the week a maintenance person was sent out with new router but wasn't able to get it working. another person came out a day or so after that and still couldn't get it to work so there was no WIFI the entire week we were there. We would also recommend a vacuum cleaner be added to the rental because it was hard to get all the sand off the floor using the broom that was provided. The shower in the bathroom between the 2nd master and twin bed room also didnt drain very well.

We can assure you we did all we could at the time, but sadly we ran into several issues that caused a delay in working internet at the property. We contacted a 3rd party vendor who was able to stop by the week following your stay and the internet has been up and running since! We will pass along your recommendation for a vacuum to be provided at the property as well as inform maintenance of the drain issue to ensure future guest satisfaction. Not worth it

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh let me count: called immediately after check in to say the floors were filthy. No call back. Called again Sunday, no call. Called again Monday, no call. Someone just showed up when we were all coming in for lunch. The master bed was super uncomfortable, pillows flat. Internet didn’t work, DVD player was broke. No rv/movies the whole vacation! My daughter has to work a couple of days, she had to go to a coffe shop. Would not recommend
