Newly Added -Entire House - Beautiful House with Colorful Mountain Views - Introductory Price
This is a new property we just added to our portfolio. We hope you will enjoy this property just as other properties we manage. You will love the wood flooring, spacious vaulted ceilings and amazing colorful views in the morning and evenings from the back deck. Please note the owners do not want guest to access the backyard as there can be tripping hazard and also it makes neighbors with young kids uncomfortable seeing strangers. You are welcome to use the back deck though.
Please note there is a 350$ pet fee per stay per pet if you are bring a pet with you. Please reach out to us and let us know if you will be bringing a pet.

This is a stunning and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that will welcome you with 3,100 square feet of living space! The kitchen comes complete with all stainless-steel appliances, custom granite countertops, a pantry, an island, and a breakfast nook. Other great features of this home include heated marble flooring, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, a washer, and dryer in the unit, a cozy fireplace. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views of Colorado from the patio, deck, porch. It's a 5-10 mins drive from grocery stores like Safeway, King Soopers, 24/7 Walmart, Kohls, 24 Hour Fitness, and many more shopping/dining options. Travel is easy with quick access to 287 and I-25. It's 10miles from Boulder/Longmont and 34 miles from Denver International Airport and 29 miles from Downtown Denver.
Please note: We do not allow any kind of smoking or use of marijuana or illegal drug use on the property (inside or outside), No parties are allowed, neither visitors allowed either. This is a family-friendly neighborhood and there are lots of children in the neighborhood. We are a responsible Property management company and we will not permit any behavior that attracts negative attention from our neighbors. All guests are expected to respect HOA community rules as well as be courteous to neighbors if they see them. No More than 10 people allowed per reservation.
If we receive any complaint of loud noise/music, loud talk or shouting or smoking or any parties or unauthorized guests... without exception guests will be evicted swiftly. Guests will lose their deposit if there is any damage to the property. The neighbors are very sensitive, so do not give them any reason to complain. We really do not want our property to be a source of any sort of nuisance. Thermostats ranges are locked at minimum of 72 during summer and maximum of 71F during winters to protect catastrophic damage to the HVAC system. If you want thermostat unlocked there will be additional utility charge fee. We hope this is clearly understood.
Please note, the owners prefer no pets, however if someone absolutely needs to bring their pet, there will be a pet fees. Please message us if you need to bring your pet. Pet owners must pick up pet droppings from the yard, if there is any pet damage or urine it will require professional cleaning and may result in additional charges.
Hello, Hope you enjoy your stay. You can access the whole house and backyard except the basement and the garage will be locked.
Please note garbage pickup is On Monday morning, kindly roll out the garbage cans and any additional trash bags on Sunday night. If it doesn’t get picked up please inform us. Also kindly roll the empty garbage can back in the garage by Monday evening.
We are available 24/7 to address any issues.
Very quiet and sensitive neighborhood, we do want our guests to disturb any neighbors peace.
There are quite a few restaurants, Breweries and coffeeshops within 10 mins drive. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Dominos can also deliver food.
No Events or Parties allowed. Number of people staying must match number of people on the reservation. No Pets allowed. Guest do not have access to the basement or and are not allowed to use the backyard for any activities.
All shampoo, body wash, dishwasher, cleaning equipment and liquid hand soap bottles, towels, bedding protectors and bedding belongs to the property and you will be charged for any missing items.
The person who booked the place is the one that must check in.
