Hear the surf nestled amongst the tea trees.
This delightful holiday home in the heart of Point Lonsdale on a quiet leafy street is just a short stroll to local attractions - beaches, lighthouse, cafes, tennis courts, parks/playground, Surf Life Saving Club and Championship Lonsdale Links Golf Club. This sun filled house is perfect for families, couples, and those interested in just relaxing or exploring all that the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer....

The space
The air conditioned open plan kitchen, dining and lounge adjoins a second lounge room. Both lounges have northern aspect, garden views and one has an open fire place for the chilly winter months. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (plumbed with filtered water) and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining table extends to seat 8 people.

Mini winter break with family

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It had a lovely open fireplace - not pictured in the photos - and we stayed toasty and warm. There was heaps of room to spread out and the house was really nicely furnished. The house was close to the back beach and a short walk into town. Our little dog enjoyed the stay too - especially the beach walks. The hosts were very friendly, reasonable and easy to deal with. We would definitely rebook.

Thanks so much for providing a peaceful place for a get away. You allowed us to bring our children (2 well behaved dogs) and together we had a fabulous time. So clean and comfortable walking distance to front and back beach, shops. Quiet street in old lonnie away from suburbia! We’d love to come back if you’ll have us again. Relaxing , stylish house walking distance from the beach

We had a wonderful weekend at this well located holiday house in point Lonsdale. The house is simple, clean and stylish and has everything you could want in a beach house. In walking distance from both beaches, this property means you don’t ever have to get in your car. Bronwyn was kind and considerate- providing late check out without us even asking. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing weekend away.

My husband and I both have very fond memories of visiting Point Lonsdale when we were young so it was a natural choice for many a family holiday with our children. We love to get there as often as we can for a round of Golf, walks on the beach, a dip in the surf, a glass or two of local wine or just to relax in the fresh sea air and natural enviorment.

Why they chose this property

Point Lonsdale is enviably located at the entrance to Port Phillip Bay. Approaching our street as you drive around the final bend the sky is dominated by the lighthouse. This is the moment I know I'm truely on holiday. No need for the car now, just a stroll to enjoy the beaches for sandcastle fun, rockpooling at low tide, surfing at the back beach, tennis and Ganes reserve play ground. The main street with its shopping and cafe strip is right opposite the front beach, perfect for families, couples and travellers, to enjoy alfresco dining or pick up local produce for a meal at home.
