House near downtown beach
House near downtown beach located in the Sumaré neighborhood.
Next to bakery, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, wine cellar and gas station.
It has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, one of them bunk bed. All rooms with air conditioning, fan and no wardrobes.
The living room has a three-seater sofa and a table with six chairs. We don't have a TV yet.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, manual ignition stove and household items. There is a water filter as well.
Parking for up to three outdoor cars.
Laundry with tank and clothesline.
Next to bakery, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, wine cellar and gas station.
