Beautiful 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house custom built for vacation rental.

This beautiful house is 5 to 7 minutes to the Old Mill District, the city centre, parks, art, cultural attractions, and dining; 20 to 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor and Cascade Lakes. Guests love the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, the set up, spacious rooms, and the huge back patio with a fire pit, hot tub, numerous tables and chairs, and more. Ideal for families with kids and large groups, the house offers all necessary amenities and plenty of games and toys for both kids and adults.

The magnificent house, custom-built for vacation rental, was completed on May 3, 2019. It features 3200 square feet with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops. Situated on an acre, the property offers free parking for up to ten cars.

The living room includes four leather sofas. The MUD room can accommodate a small hideaway bed, and the master bedroom closet is large enough for a twin bed. The house is spacious, featuring a pingpong table, foosball table, and other games for both kids and adults. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, baking, and catering.

There is a large window between the living room and a bedroom, blocked by fabric on both sides of the wall. The dining room door is enclosed by thick curtains. Though not soundproof, it is suitable for children.

The house can host 16 people. Any additional guests incur a fee of $10 per person per day, payable before check-in.

For guests' safety, a CCTV camera is installed outside the front door to monitor the property when vacant. Guests can turn off the camera by flipping the switch inside the front door. For any questions, please contact the host, David.

Great affordable vacation house

Very big in terms of sleeping space as well as beautiful backyard and convenient location, close to Bend and and mt bachelor. My only complaint would be that the sleeper cough upstairs was probably harder than the ground lol.

We brought out coaches to stay at this home for a weekend and loved it! Great location, close to the fields, comfortable stay and the owners were very kind and did everything they could to make out stay a great one! Definitely recommend.

Family friendly big house, great location

This is a perfect house for a gathering of friends with families and young children. Very kid friendly. All the adults enjoyed having king size beds and all the beds were extremely comfortable. Owner super quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location, super clean and roomy.

We have stayed here twice and it lived up to our expectations. The location is easy to get to from 97, then it's a 15 minute drive to both soccer complexes and 5 minutes to the Old Mill district. Can't say enough good things about this place. David gets right back to you if you need anything. Thank you again for a great stay.

Awesome house after long days of baseball

We booked the house for a long weekend tournament baseball. This house was perfect for us and accomadated 10 adults and 6 kids perfectly with room to spare. The large kitchen with everything you could think of to cook your meals was there. The large back patio and fireplace was where we spent our evenings just hanging out. Also i have booked quite a few vrbos in the past and the communication with the property managaer was amazing. I would book this house in a heart beat again!!!!

Nice Place

Overall it was a nice place and well kept. However, it states 14 beds but we did not see 14 beds in the house. Most of the rooms that show 2 beds in the description only had 1 except for the bunk bed room which was a den that they just put up a curtain to block the 2 openings next to the living room. It was a nice place and would probable stay there again.

The owner made wonderful ADA appropriate accommodations for me..put a step to get in a bed, a grab bar on a tub! He responded almost immediately to my queries…plenty of seating and beds for all and we didn’t feel crowded when all together in the home. The rugs downstairs are tired..but I see that in most rentals. Altogether it was a wonderful time with family!

Great for family get togethers

Great spot to bring your family! Spacious with plenty of rooms to sleep many. Kids loved the hot tub. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our few request during our stay. Would recommend for sure.

Had a great time with friends!

This house was perfect for a trip down to bend with some friends. It was very well equipped and spacious with board games to play, a lot of pillows, blankets and extra beds. The back yard was a great place to hang out with the nice weather, more than enough chairs and tables outside. The house isn’t too far from the activities you would want to do in bend or Sunriver which is nice. David the host was awesome, he was very nice and communicated great! Thank you so much we had an awesome time.

Perfect for a Christmas gathering

The house was the perfect size for the 12 of us. There were more beds than guests. It was a great location to town and enjoyed the extra amenities the house had to offer.

Spacious!

The property is located on the south end of Bend just a stone throw from the Lost Tracks Golf course. We stayed for a few days to play a lot of golf so it was a convenient location for such a trip. The home is very large and can sleep a considerable amount of people, it is clean and the host David was very responsive for any questions or concerns. I will certainly keep it in mind for the future!

Loved our stay in Bend!!

This is a great house! We had 12 people with us for a couple birthday celebrations and there was plenty of room! It turns out the description is a little off. There are actually 4 king beds upstairs, a full bed downstairs plus the bottom bunk bed room. There are also numerous hidden pull out beds throughout the house for even more friends. The location from Bend was excellent. Quick drive up the 97 to downtown. Plenty of parking. Would recommend a privacy fence be built but no one ever bothered us while we were in the outside hot tub. The price was very reasonable. We did late night karaoke and the sound did not travel outside. The owner stayed in contact with me during the entire process and answered texts or emails within minutes. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! We will stay here every time we rent a house in Bend! Thank you David for a fantastic house!

Great location and space for a large group

We enjoyed our time in Deschutes River Woods. Plenty of room and amenities for a large group. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and convenient location for traveling and sight seeing in the area. I would highly recommend.
