This Platinum residence offers an open floorplan with a gas fireplace in the great room, dining area, breakfast bar and full kitchen with gas range and granite countertops. Additional features include two full beds in the third bedroom, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, on-site parking and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek. Guests will enjoy pleasant mountain views and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, an adult sports lounge and youth game room available for use. Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.

Spacious rooms and living space with short walk to multiple restaurants and ski shops. On site private shuttle to slopes and private on site ski lockers. On site manager is very helpful and personable. Goes above and beyond.
