Additional features include two full beds in the third bedroom, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, on-site parking and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek. Guests will enjoy pleasant mountain views and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, an adult sports lounge and youth game room available for use. Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.
