Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath property home. The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The cozy living room is furnished with a couch, two chairs and a television . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a dining room table, and all appliances . The home also includes wifi and a wahser/dryer. We are situated 15 in from downtown Fort Meyers, short drive to the beach, and close to many restaurants!

We had a great time at this house, it was well equipped great pool. Bruce was a great host took care of all the small things that needed fixing and was easy to work with. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Mariner house

House was clean, and well stocked. We had a great time in the heated pool, the fire pit was a great in cool evenings. Bruce was always available and handled the small problems that came up. Overall a great experience.

The pool was very nice. The home was nicely equipped. The alcove off the pool was very nice. The tv / family room was convenient as was sitting area in central area of home.There were some areas that hadn't been cleaned for? ?? Only issue we had was air conditioning thermostat kept going back to 76 when 74-75 was comfortable desired setting.

Lovely vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the Mariner. The house was comfortable, the lanai and pool area very private, and the palms blocked the breeze on windy days, making it comfortable to swim in the heated pool every day. The neighborhood was quiet, and the only drawback was that the location was a bit off the beaten path. All in all, a comfortable, relaxing vacation spot.

Nice House/Pool

The house has a nice layout with pool easy pool access. The place could certainly use some TLC. The place was picked up when we arrived but to say it was clean-NO. Floors were dusty and the windows on the door to the pool area were dirty. It is apparent that the house is not professionally cleaned after each tenant because a thorough cleaning, including washing the bedding and putting it back on the beds is expected. Basically spend the last day of the rental period cleaning or a "damage fee" could be applied and was in my case

Amazing relaxing home

Bruce was a great person to work with his home was surprising better then expected.Quiet neighborhood. The home had everything u could need and then some . Enjoyed movie night under stars with their outdoor tv . Swimming during the day with music . Would rent again in a heart beat

Perfect location!

Great property and owners!! Very private and quiet neighborhood. 20 minute ride to Pine Island, 50 minutes to Captiva, 45 to the airport, 15 minutes to Lobster Lady Seafood Market and Restaurant. 10 minutes to Lelulos Pizza. House has everything you need. Just add ice!!! Thanks for a great stay Bruce!!

A lovely home, we had to clean when we arrived, which was a first for us! The neighborhood around the home directly was very noisy, several small barking dogs,! Thankful our dogs ignored them! Pool was nice, & TV on Lani was great ! Unfortunately we had to leave early because of the Corona Virus, It was a confusing time for all! Home is comfortable & very well equipped ! We enjoyed our walks around the area !

If you are looking to be close to the beach, this is not the place for you. While it may be 25-30 miles as the crow flies, it takes 2 hours each way to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel in March. We tried it both on the weekend and during the week. The house is not close to anything. The house could use some TLC but overall is fine. The kitchen is considerably under appointed but the pool was pleasant. THe owner is quick to respond, but it seemed like a hassle at every step of the process. We are still waiting on our deposit after 30 days.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The house was very spacious and comfortable and worked well for two couples. Quiet neighborhood and private pool area are a plus. While the distance to the beaches was not far, the traffic extended the travel time significantly.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious house with a nice, private saltwater pool. Owner easy to work with, house accommodating and fully furnished with a great layout. The month went too fast! Weather was awesome too.
