Everything was pretty perfect. It was very spacious and we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub daily! ESP while snowing! The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and had sleds for us when we wanted a fun snow day off the ski mountain.Host was super responsible to the little requests we had and h lord make the stay perfect. We may jus book it again next year!
We enjoyed our stay and the house was well stocked. Pictures are very accurate and it's in a good location with just a short drive to Vail Village and even closer to Beaver Creek. We had 2 families and had plenty of space. Also enjoyed the hot tub!
Everything was wonderful. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the WiFi seemed to have a weak signal and the tv remotes either did not work or worked poorly. Great entertaining house. We cooked every night for about 12 people, family and friends!

This property is even better in person
Wonderful home. Roomy and comfortable. The views are amazing - the house sits on a hill. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything in the home is immaculately clean. The jacuzzi is wonderful and very hot. The property is walking distance to a nice woodland trail that leads to a creek. One concern: there was no propane tank for the outdoor fire pit and half of the outdoor chairs were missing cushions. I contacted Jeff who is listed as the contact person but he did not respond to my email or text message.

Bug issues and terrible exterior stairs
The pics are way better than the actual townhouse. Baby moths are everywhere, the exterior stairs were unstable. We noticed electrical plug ins hanging out the wall along with ceiling lights falling apart all the baseboards heaters covers were busted, if your traveling with small children it would be a concern.
The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was very nice. It’s not the easiest location to get your car parked into. Parking is an issue if your driving full size vehicle, won’t fit into the garage. The condo is spacious for a family however, I’m glad we didn’t pay the prime season rate for me it needs improvements to be a rental at that price.

Hi Ronda, Thank you for your feedback. We have passed it along to the homeowner and they would like to note the following:
"We are sorry to hear about your concerns during your stay, however, this is the first we've heard about the electrical plugs, the ceiling lights, and the heater covers. Everything has been checked and is in place correctly.
-The moths must have been a seasonal thing, as we have not had any issues.
- We have 3 large trucks and we do not have any issues with parking!"
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
The place was as expected. The only “bad” reviews I have are the following: there was a huge snow storm on the arrival day of our stay, since the driveway was not heated and was never plowed in the 5 day stay, It was extremely difficult to get the vehicle uphill. We were stuck for 2 hours the day of arrival trying to get up to the driveway. Thanks to the neighbor who helped and brought us chains we were able to get up. I reached out to Jeff (owner) the day after we arrived and asked about heated driveway/plowing he told me they usually plow everyday but did not do so during the entire time we rented the place. Other then that our stay was great and the place was clean.

Hi Nicole, the homeowners would like to share this response:
We're sorry to hear that the driveway was not cleared for you. We will certainly reach out to our plow service to find out what happened. So glad you had an amazing snowfall surfing your ski vacation, and we hope you enjoyed the home otherwise.
Ski weekend in Colorado was great. The house was big for all the adults and nieces and nephews. The bedrooms were roomy and the kitchen and living rooms were big and spacious for hanging out. Hot tub was wonderful. We wiuld rent again

Family get away-Ski weekend
The place is clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, blankets and supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. (shampoo, conditioner and body wash a bonus). The place was great for family entertainment, and we loved the hot tub and the four bedrooms through out the house (bedrooms were quite), you could not hear any noise from people that were still up if you went to bed early. We would rent again, the place is so close to Vail and Beaver Creek. Great location and panoramic views.
Evolve Management was very responsive to our one call to replace a battery in smoke detector. It had vaulted ceilings in the bedroom and could not reach the detector or we would have changed ourselves. We needed a tall ladder to reach and they replaced with in hours of my text.
Thank you for everything, all in all it was a great stay for us.
We really enjoyed the property from start to finish. Well managed, very nice/spacious property, and tucked away in a really nice area. There was even someone who came and shoveled the snow from our deck the morning after a pretty big snow, which was un-expected and appreciated so we didn't slip. Thumbs up!
Nice place but needs a couple of things taken care of
The place is gorgeous and only a couple of things should be attended. There is a light out on the stove. The door on the dishwasher should be WD 40. The exhaust fans in all bathrooms did not work. I called the property manager to see if we could check in early possibly 3 pm and he never even called back. Overall the property is great just minor things.
