Your perfect vacation starts here in Princess 301! This unit has been completely updated in the last year with all new appliances, televisions, carpet, paint, decor and new living room furniture, this is a perfect place for that weekend getaway or family vacation. Not too high, the condo offers a fantastic view of the beach, but the all the privacy you want on your large and spacious balcony.

When you step in Princess 301, the first thing you notice is the beautiful view. The large entry hall leads straight into the open plan living area and straight out to the beachfront balcony. The living room seating includes a new queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and 2 recliners. There's plenty of seating for everyone to watch their favorite show or game on the new 65-inch flat screen television! The dining room is adjacent to the living area and kitchen and has seating for six at the dining table plus three more at the kitchen bar. Don't forget, there is a separate wet bar in Princess 301 that has a mini refrigerator and a separate sink. There's plenty of room to store all your favorite beverages!

If you'd rather be outside, the 10 x 30 corner balcony is accessible from the living room and the beachfront master suite. The balcony has an outdoor table with 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. You can dine al fresco or just soak up the sun. There's plenty of privacy, but the view is your own little piece of paradise!

The kitchen is open to the living dining area and as large as it gets! Washing dishes won't be a chore with the view you'll have out the floor to ceiling balcony doors and windows. All the kitchen appliances are brand new, and the kitchen is fully stocked, so the chef in the family will be very happy! There's even a TV in the kitchen. No need to miss anything while you're cooking. The laundry room is conveniently located by the kitchen and boasts a brand-new washer and dryer and a huge laundry sink. It's perfect for all your beach toys.

The master bedroom in Princess 301 is beachfront with direct access to the balcony. The master suite boasts large sliding glass doors and floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom includes a king bed for the "master" and a new flat screen TV and a DVD player, too. The private master bath has a brand new double sized shower with teak bench. Check out the pictures. The master bath also has double sinks, a large whirlpool tub and a walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom is perfect for your family. The room has a new king bed and a daybed with trundle and a new TV and a DVD player. It even has a view of North Lagoon and the Hathaway Bridge. There is direct access to the hall bath from the bedroom, so privacy is not an issue.

It was my spouse, myself, my daughter and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time at Panama City Beach and had a wonderful stay at the princess. We have stayed at the Princessa many times in the past and have always enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed here in August of 2018 and were so anxious to come back. It was just as great as our first time! We love being right on the beach! Great communication with Jennifer and Donna. Definitely recommend 301 for families looking for a great beach vacation!

Perfection!

We loved the condo and the VIP rental management. Jen was excellent from start to finish! We’ve stayed in some great condos over the years, but this was my favorite by far! We’ve found the perfect condo to hopefully return to year after year! It’s beautifully and tastefully decorated and larger than most 2 bedroom condos. It’s even better than the pictures! The kitchen had all we needed for cooking great meals and then some. We had plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations and the bathrooms are large. We loved the walk in shower and the oversized balcony. I traveled with my mom and my 2 adult sons and there was plenty of space for all of us! We never had to wait for an elevator and the beach was so close!! We would love to book again!!

Anniversary Getaway

This property is absolutely beautiful - the online pictures do not do it justice! From the moment we booked the owners/property Mgmt we’re so diligent in sending out all pertinent information. We even received a phone call the day before to ensure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. When I opened the door & saw that ocean view, the weight of this last year (COVID) just lifted off of me! This unit is so beautiful & tastefully decorated. The finishes are high end & it is so spacious!!! Did I mention the view? Perfect!!! The balcony is huge & there is easily seating out there for six! We definitely plan to stay at 301 again!

Nice property

We go to PCB 3-4 times a year, and usually stay on Thomas Drive, but had never stayed at the Princess. It’s a very nice property and well maintained. Our condo was tastefully decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. Just remember that VIP Properties does exactly what they tell you so be prepared to find a unit with no coffee filters, a one night supply of soap and shampoo, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We usually take our own so this wasn’t an issue for us. VIP does an excellent job of communicating with you before and during your stay, plus they are there if you need them. We plan to use them again.

We stayed 4 nights in this unit . Extremely clean and comfortable. 3rd floor unit just high enough to be private but still close enough to enjoy the sounds of the water hitting the beach. We loved that it had 2 King beds. The VIP staff were friendly and have us personal cell phone numbers in case we needed anything. We will be staying here again. Thanks for a great time at the beach

Very nice experience

The unit was beautifully decorated and maintained and very clean. Communication with the property managers was excellent; they kept us well informed throughout the process. Check-in was simple and easy. We greatly enjoyed our stay although it was cut short due to a death in the family. I would highly recommend this unit and would not hesitate to book it in the future.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The condo met all of our expectations. The pictures of the unit represent it exactly. It was the nicest condo we have ever rented. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and close to many great restaurants. Looking forward to next time already.

Great condo!

We found the condo and building to be clean and well maintained. The third floor was perfect for us. It was a friendly atmosphere and a great view of the beach. Our only problem was that several bulbs were burned out and we couldn't find any spares. Also the living room could use a larger TV. Our overall impression was very favorable and we hope to return.

Fantastic location just steps from the beach!

We had an amazing time in PCB and this condo was a big part of it! Jennifer and Donna were great to work with before and during the stay, answering any question I had. I was impressed with how clean the condo was, which was really important to me. The entire complex is maintained well, which was great too. My favorite part was that we were literally steps from the beach. So convenient! The unit comes with two rental beach chairs and we used them everyday. Plus there are extra portable beach chairs provided, which was a nice touch. Another great feature we enjoyed was the balcony. We took some pretty amazing photos of the sunset from there! The location of the condo worked great for us too. Close to shopping, restaurants and lots of activities for the kids. It was definitely hard to leave this beautiful place! We will for sure be back and would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat!

AMAZING! Perfect vacation getaway!!!!!

This condo, the owners, the property, and the beach earn an 11 stars out of 10! Booking was extremely easy. Donna and Jennifer responded very quickly and answered all my dumb questions. No request was deemed as a problem. You are treated like a VIP! The condo was spotless and soooooo roomy. I didn’t hate leaving the beach because I could sit on the huge balcony and watch the waves. If I was tired, I could lay on the king size bed and watch the waves roll in!! We will definitely be back to stay!

The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO.
