The house and property are quintessential Vermont — beautiful views, serene and quiet outdoors with lots of accessible walking trails and a beautiful and welcoming house.
Fantastic stay. The house is clean and beautifully decorated with incredible views of Sugarbush from many rooms. Plenty of space for our extended family to spread out and relax to enjoy a long winter weekend together for my daughter‘s wedding.
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! The house had the most comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a great games room and lovely views. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We hope to stay again and again.
The Stanley's
Kevin and Rayna’s home was absolutely amazing!! I stayed here in October during peak foliage and the views from the home were beautiful! I loved all the amenities of their home, the kitchen, the outdoor space, the basement, everything was perfect! I highly recommend their home and will love to stay again!
Great property! At least when we went, you can't see any of the neighbors, even from the upper floors. It's very private. The house is exactly as listed - the photos do a really good job of representing what you get. It was spotless when we checked in. The house itself is in excellent shape. Kitchen utensils were very good, which is frequently a sore spot.Maintenance team was very helpful. The pool was clean all week. When we had a power surge and the alarm system bugged out, Chris and the team were very prompt in helping getting it reset. It's pricey, but you get a lot for the money. Definitely would come back!
House was perfect for our big extended family with so many varied ages . So much to do and something for everyone! Brilliantly equipped , gorgeous views and lovey grounds !
Hosts always got back to us immediately .
Totally recommend .
We had a multi-generation group of 10 staying for a ski trip and everyone absolutely loved the house. It had enough space for communal board games by the fire or to find a quiet corner for reading. The kitchen had everything we needed, the stocked firewood was key and the house was very clean.
- Beautiful house (even better than the pics)
- Great communication by the owners
- Very convenient to Sugarbush Mountain and Warren/Waitsfield
- Easy check-in
We would absolutely stay here again.
Very comfortable house and well appointed kitchen. Kids Enjoyed the pool and blueberries.
Multiple spaces for 10 person group to hang out comfortably together, living room, basement and outside
Lots of bedding and fans. Wonderful swimming holes nearby such Lareau right down the road and Ward Park 20 minutes north. All of what summer in Vermont offers is nearby.
Highly recommend this spot for any time of year. We loved our three-family, six-kid getaway in this incredibly comfortable private home. The kids (ages 8-15) had ample space outside to play in the snow, plenty of entertainment with the basement game tables, and plenty of space in the bedrooms for hanging out apart from the adults. Parents loved the absence of a tv in the main room and the very comfortable den when we wanted the screen binge, and every room had very comfortable beds. We unexpectedly had to bring our dog, and she loved the comfy rugs and the space to run. And no nearby neighbors to complain about our noisy kids!
10 of my friends and myself stayed here for 3 nights to see the solar eclipse. The house had all modern amenities, the master bedroom was gorgeous, and there was of course plenty of space to fit all of us. It was located in a quiet area so that even as we watched the total eclipse, we heard nobody but ourselves, which was perfect. Since it was still snowy and out of season, we didn’t get to use the pool but many of us plan on coming back here again because we enjoyed the stay so much. Kevin was also very communicative and incredibly kind.
This property had it all - spacious floor plan, large game/TV room, pool, firepit, and a great yard. There was plenty of room for our party of 9 to spread out and not annoy each other. The amenities were excellent and well maintained. The host was easy to contact and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will definitely be back!
Kevin communication was excellent and his place was gorgeous inside and outside. I definitely recommend anyone to book his place. Btw the pool was superb. Overall, thank you for making our trip memorable!
This large, beautiful and well-appointed house was the ideal setting for our three-generation family vacation. In no particular order, we especially appreciated:
- The open plan sitting room, dining area, and extremely large and well-supplied kitchen.
- The pool, easily reached from the house but safely fenced.
- The dining terrace and fire pit off the kitchen/dining area.
- The beautiful sunset views towards Sugarbush.
- The separate downstairs den/TV room where the adults could converse in the evening without waking up sleeping kids.
We enjoyed a day trip to Burlington, about an hour's drive away and, as always in Vermont, it's just fun driving around the lovely countryside.
Infrastructure--hot water, electricity, internet--was rock-solid. And the owners were extremely responsive when we had questions.
Five stars.
The house was gorgeous and clean . And there was plenty of space for us to spread out on the day when it was rainy. Check in and check out process was easy. We’d love to come again !!
