Nerita Home on Sanibel Island - Pool/Hot Tub and Walk to Beach

Welcome to our Sanibel Island vacation paradise aptly named the Nerita Home. Our vacation home-away-from-home is one of the more unique homes on the Island. Being located on Nerita Street, it is very private and surrounded by lush vegetation and natural ambiance. You wouldn't even know you're just a few minute walk away from one of the best shelling beaches in the world. Our home is stilted up one floor off the ground level. When you enter the home, you'll notice the open, modern and updated floor plan. We have a spacious living room with wall mounted TV, full kitchen that has been completely updated and has all of the high end appliances, kitchen ware and more, even a kitchenaid blender for the more serious home chefs. The main level features two bedrooms and one bathroom with one bedroom a queen bed and the other two sets of bunk beds. Up the spiral staircase is the spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. All of our beds have high end mattresses, bedding and bedding furniture to round out the high end, updated and natural appeal. One of the more unique aspects about our home is that there is a "guest pod" separate from the main house complete with it's own air conditioning unit, queen bed, sitting area, mini-kitchen and full bath. Perfect for guests, in-laws or anyone that want a bit more privacy. 

Ready to relax? ... walk down to the private, screened in, heated pool and hot tub. We keep the pool at 86 degrees and the hot tub at 102. Lounge around the pool, play with friends and family and enjoy a cocktail while living the Island lifestyle, if only for a month. We also have an electric bbq grill that uses pellet smoke technology.
