We had an amazing week at Shipwrecked! Jack and Cay, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and for all of the helpful advice and recommendations.The house was outstanding, and we loved spending time at the dock watching the incredible sea life. We explored beaches all along the coast and were amazed at how deserted they were. Other than a group of people at Jolly Holl we often felt like we had the beaches completely to ourselves. Coco Plum was a favorite, especially finding so many beautiful sand dollars.We also rented a WaveRunner and spent a day exploring little islands and hidden spots along the coastline. It was an incredible experience and a highlight of our trip.Thank you again for your hospitality and for helping make our week so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return to Shipwrecked!The Nathan & Carrie

As my adult son said, "this was the best place we've ever stayed at!" The property is very comfortable and clean with all the things you might need included. Sun hats, coolers, bug spray, recommendations for activities and restaurants. Jack was always available to help with any questions. Again, my son just kept saying, why do we need to go somewhere else??!! We all just loved hanging at the house, with its beach, pier, boats and swings.

Jack’s Shipwrecked House was a truly unique stay in a perfect, right-on-the-water location for our family of four. We loved the dock and swings, and using the kayaks to paddle over to the sandbar in the evenings was a highlight. Everything we needed was provided, and the host was very helpful, sharing lots of useful info throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay again!

Wow! What a beautiful place!! We loved every moment. Easy check in and great communication In fact, they go above and beyond for you!! Jack and Kay were amazing. There isn’t anything negative we have to say!! Shipwreck had everything we needed. Coffee k-cups, filtered water, air conditioning, and all the kitchen utensils to kayaks!! Jack and Kay communicated very well and were responsive (within minutes). Kay, thank you so very much . You went above and beyond. We will be back and we will let others know about your place!! Until next time.

Great location for family vacation. Beach and pier combo made it amazing and better than other close by options. There is a lot to do right out the back door- swimming, fishing and kayaking. If you’re a cook you will love the outdoor kitchen. The host was very attentive and supplied a lot of useful info for our trip.

We travel quite frequently and this was by far the best vacation ever!!!!! The island is beautiful but it’s the HOUSE and PROPERTY that made the experience so exceptional. Usually by day 6 or 7 I’m ready to go home. Not the case this time. The dock is such an added bonus!!!!! We watched sea turtles everyday among a variety of other fish. Thank you Jack for sharing this with us and thank you Kay for all your help. We hope to see you soon!!!

Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town. I recommend using FB group 'Exuma Bahamas-Where to stay/what to do by Bahama bound vacation rentals'. Lots of good info also found a local that gave us good information on a reef so we could snorkel, he even met us there and helped guide us. Definitely recommend.

Communication was so easy with Jack and Kay. We had recommendations sent before we arrived. The house was exactly what we needed for our two small families to stay comfortably. We had so much fun we barely left the property the first 3 days of our trip! The Kayaks and paddle boards were an extra bonus, we paddled to the blue hole and saw a few turtles along the way, walked the salt flats at low tide. Enjoyed nightly sunsets- shipwreck is a true gem! A car rental is 100% necessary in my opinion, and the direction video that Jack provides is excellent. We cant wait to return!

The house and set up was absolutely amazing! We rented a buggy from Bowcar rentals which made exploring the roads much more fun! The host was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful with this booking. My family and I would 100% return to this house if we ever go back!

The location on the water was perfect! The cottages had everything we needed as well as all the water equipment. The screened in porch and outdoor kitchen was amazing! We lived outside and literally just came inside to sleep. Jack and Kay were both amazing and we definitely plan on returning!

WOW!!!!! Is all I can say!!! This place is unbelievable. Has everything you need. From floats to grills. It is a seculde paradise. The property owner and Kay was awesome to work with. We had even forgotten a shot glass Kay went get some for us. So nice to deal with them. The views are amazing and the house were very comfortable. Thanks again guys. Will be back.

First time on this side of the island and everything was perfect. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Plenty of kayaks to explore. Houses were well stocked and cool! House managers were so great to work with too!

We had a great stay at Jack's Shipwrecked house. There was plenty of room for us and our two grown sons. They really enjoyed the Bungalow!We had so much fun on the patio and loved the beautiful sunsets every night.The house has everything we needed! Its in a great, central location. And Jack knows everyone on the island and can tell you all you need to know!

A wonderful relaxing getaway

Beautiful private home with house and guest cottage. The dock, private beach, and views are 10/10! This is our second time staying at a house of the owner and property manager - their communication is excellent! Would definitely stay again!

The spot was perfect for my family’s first international vacation together! Jack and Kay were very proactive in their communication and hospitality. The waterfront and accessories to enjoy it made us spend most of the week on the property and the surrounding sandbars. The screened-in porch allowed for most of our cooking thanks to the grill, pizza oven, and large burner while also letting us enjoy being outside for the majority of our stay.The spot was quiet even with construction happening on one side and a dog rescue on the other. We loved the local wildlife passing through the property (frogs, snails, sand crabs, and the occasional puppy).This place made for a memorable vacation!
