Located in the quiet Los Olivos Del Golfe development, this 4-bedroom townhouse is a practical base for families or golfers. The property is surrounded by pine trees and landscaped gardens, roughly a 5-minute drive from the Vilamoura Marina and local beaches.

The Layout:

Top Floor: Large bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. This floor includes its own bathroom and sink.

First Floor: Two double bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathrooms.

Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living/dining area, plus a bathroom and shower. Doors lead to a private patio with a BBQ and direct access to the communal pool.

Lower Ground Floor: One bedroom (sleeps 3), a bathroom with a shower, and a dedicated TV room.

On-site & Local Area:

Parking: There is plenty of parking available, making it easy if you are traveling with multiple cars.

Convenience: A large Pingo Doce supermarket is located just 600m away for easy grocery shopping.

Amenities: The complex includes two swimming pools (including a kids' pool) and a small playground.

Activities: You are within a few minutes' drive of five championship golf courses. Getting around is easy via Uber or local car rentals. We recommend using the various local bike rental shops for exploring the area’s cycle paths.

Great Location, easy access to all amenities.

Very clean and included all required appliances including a barbeque. Great bedrooms and large TV room to enjoy Netflix. This location was perfect in Vilamoura. This was a golfing vacation with friends and was perfect for travelling to various golf courses in the Algarve.

Très bel appartement

Appartement très bien décoré. On se croirait comme à la maison. L’agence a été très agréable et facilitatrice pour l’arrivée et le départ. La piscine est très agréable et toute proche du logement. Le supermarché est juste à côté, on peut y aller à pied. Un seul bémol : la chambre au dernier étage qui n’a pas de porte et qui a des lits un peu petits pour des grands ados. Pour améliorer, on pourrait envisager un store pour déjeuner dehors le midi et ne pas être gêné par le soleil (un parasol pourrait faire l’affaire). Des rideaux occultants pourraient être ajoutés aux portes-fenêtres des chambres. En résumé : un super rapport qualité /prix. Si je reviens dans le sud, je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir.

We are an Irish family who use this house as well for holidays. We rent the place to help cover the costs so we are not a big rental company that has loads of properties. It just helps us pay some bills and ideally keep the place nice for our guests.

Why they chose this property

Hi There - we fell in love with Vilamoura the first time we visited there. It has options for everyone from the energetic to the more laid-back. Great for parents, loads to do for the kids and a very affordable cost of living. We want you to have a nice time so we include a meet&greet session and final clean in the price. No more figuring out how to use the oven, hot water or where the local shop is. The meet and greet will show you how everything works so you are ready to start your holiday straight away. And if you are like us, the best part is that you can just close the door after you leave and the place will be expertly cleaned. No last minute jobs for you to worry about. The development is small and quiet so if you are looking to get the gang together for a party then this is not the place for you. It will definitely suit families and people looking to have a nice relaxing break with everything else close-by within a 5 minute drive. Plenty of public transport options like bus, uber, city bikes etc
