Please put any used towels in the washer and start it before leaving or by 10 AM. We will strip the beds unless you prefer to do it optional.
You are welcome to leave any leftover food condiments I will offer it to the next guest or donate to a family in need or the homeless shelter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax. We felt right at home!What really stood out was the exceptional communication from the hosts. We reached out about a minor concern during our stay, and they responded immediately and took care of everything without disrupting our vacation. They also followed up multiple times to make sure everything was resolved and that we were comfortable, which showed how much they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.Excellent hospitality, great communication, and a wonderful place to stay. We would happily book here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect, great location. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Everything was so clean and organized. We had a hiccup with the check in process. It was not the hosts fault, but they were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we come up to visit family.

Great Place!

We spent 3 nights here and found everything to be excellent! The home has a well stocked kitchen to cook most of our meals there. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Anchorage.

The Lovely Place is close to the airport. Close to shopping and dining. Easy walk to nearby lake with a nice walking area. The house had everything that we needed, communication with host was excellent.

Up For A Family Funeral

The property is excellent--3 nice bedrooms plus a spacious living room and kitchen. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. The location is great for easy access to shopping within Anchorage, and the highway is only a few minutes away.

Ideal stay

I was visiting family in Anchorage and found this home very comfortable and perfect for our visit. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The owner/manager was responsive without being intrusive. I travel to Anchorage a couple times a year and plan to rent again!

Lovely Indeed!

Beautiful well equipped home and backyard with BBQ. For us location was perfect, Cheney Lake is easy walk we enjoyed several times. Very quiet neighborhood for restful evenings. Overall A+++
