Great last-minute stay; close to everything along Coastal Highway; might need an armchair

My son and I made a last-minute decision to come down for one of the Delmarva Birding Weekends. I found this property still available and booked it. Everything was as described. Very tidy property, with everything you need and nothing you don't. My only suggestion would be to add a chair to the living area that's not part of the dinette set. The only non-dining seating is the sofa and not everyone may want to sit together on it if there are more than 2 people staying there. Really, though, that was inconsequential. My son and I pretty much only stayed there to sleep. The property is less than a block off of Coastal Highway (DE 1), right behind the Wawa and next to the Kids Cottage daycare. You don't really get the highway noise but you do get the highway light pollution, which may not be the best if you're a light sleeper. Property owner was very communicative and thoughtful. The partially-stocked pantry is a nice touch; we didn't take anything from it but did leave something. Overall would recommend for a party of 2 or a solo visit. The lack of an armchair in the living area might inconvenience a party of 3 or 4, however.

Great location & awesome space!

The condo was great! Our family enjoyed the location, it was close to everything! Just about a 10-15 min drive to the beach/boardwalk. We loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer. The outside patio is screened which is a plus in the summer!

Great weekend getaway

Everything in the unit was just as described. The whole experience from booking getting arrival Information was easy and organized. Location was great too. Very easy and short commute to all the nearby beaches and plenty of places to eat or get a treat within walking distance. Although we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay I truly felt as though I could have contacted the owner and he would have responded immediately. His communication during the initial booking was great and he responded to my questions very quickly!

Awesome location, neat place

Other than some small things (linens not laid out, dirty dishes in dishwasher), the place was tidy and nice, there’s so much in walking distance, and the host communicated super well. There’s lots in walking distance. And the beach location can’t be beat. You will not regret your stay here.

Beautiful condo, great location

We loved staying at this condo for a mini-vacation. The location is close to everything. Lewes and Rehoboth beaches are a short drive. Lots of places to eat and shopping at the outlets is very close. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The bedrooms are a nice size and the bathrooms are large. We will definitely consider this condo again in the future. Ryan was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions.

One of the best trips !

When we walked in, we were happily surprised of how nice this place is! It is in walking distance of the outlets and some food places, and the complex was clean and safe. 10/10 would stay again!

Nice escape

Although outside of town this condo’s location provides easy access to much of Rehoboth. Very clean.
