Magnificent 4-bedroom villa in a quiet area, ideal for a family, with a heated swimming pool on an enclosed and tree-lined 800 m² plot, secure for children and parents!

The single-storey house is located on the edge of the pine forest, with a breathtaking view of the sunset. Bike paths are nearby and allow you to get to the beach or the city center in 7 minutes by bike!

Very bright, it benefits from a beautiful kitchen-living room-covered terrace area overlooking the swimming pool, without any vis-à-vis.

On the 40 m² covered terrace facing south, you will find garden furniture, a table with 8 chairs + Weber barbecue to enjoy regional specialties and the view of the garden and the forest.

Our heated swimming pool is protected by an electric roller shutter, it will allow you to cool off and have fun (3 large steps with a maximum depth of 1.40m). It is surrounded by a large pool deck of around 60 m2 with a sun shower, comfortable deck chairs and a large parasol.

The 800m2 plot is perfect for children of all ages to have fun in complete safety. It is possible to park 2 cars in the inner driveway.

The house is fully equipped:
- 4 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds, 1 of which is extendable), all with French windows opening onto the garden or the terrace/pool, including a master suite.

Andernos-les-Bains is a seaside town, full of flowers, which lives as well in summer as in winter, located halfway between the Dune du Pilat and Cap Ferret.
It offers 8 tennis courts, 2 of which are covered, a Casino, a covered market (every morning), shops, restaurants and shows all year round. It directly overlooks the basin (sailing school, beaches, etc.) and is very close to the ocean.

Bike paths at the end of the street, allowing you to come and go to the city center and to go around the Arcachon basin (for the brave!)
