Very nice beach villa with swimming pool in the pine trees seen basin

Very nice house at 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5/7 minutes by bike shops and Moulleau. Large sunny terrace in the quiet among pines and strawberry trees with nice views basin for moments very enjoyable with family or friends.
The house is west facing with six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
On the ground floor an entrance, a large living room, dining room, a large open kitchen with bar, all overlooking a beautiful terrace among pines and arbutus.
On the first floor two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the ground floor three bedrooms each equipped with a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bunk beds, a linen room, a lounge and a summer kitchen overlooking the pool.
Linen provided, final cleaning obligatory.

Wonderful!

Our family had the best time in this beautiful home! There were 12 of us and there was enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kids loved the pool! Great location and the hosts were so lovely and friendly. Highly recommend this for your next vacation!

Perfect Family Fun

The house was set up for all ages. Delphine went out of her way to make sure the house was prepared for all ages. Extra cribs, booster seats etc. She even mailed my husband’s belt to us that he left behind. The house was incredibly stocked. The lap pool was great for all ages. The furniture was beautiful, functional and comfortable. The location was in the best part of Arcachon beach wise and restaurant wise. We loved the area and weeeee away from the crowded main town. We certainly hope to be back! Thank you, Delphine, for your wonderful home. I especially loved all the bathrooms!!!

Nous avons eu une superbe semaine dans endroit calme et reposant. La maison était génial, cuisine très bien équipé. Les chambres sont bien disposées avec 2 chambres à l'étage et 4 chambres en bas. On y reviendra.

Nous avons passés de joyeuses fêtes au sein de la villa Baracca qui est très agréable (bien que le temps soit resté assez gris) et très bien située. La literie est très confortable, la cuisine bien équipée... bref nous recommandons!

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, en famille et avec des amis, dans cette superbe villa avec piscine chauffée. Très spacieuse, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 12 personnes, avec une très belle terrasse, idéalement situé dans un beau quartier résidentiel de Pyla-sur-mer, cette villa a plus que surpasser nos attentes!

Notre séjour dans la villa a été particulièrement apprécié ! La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description, spacieuse, confortable et baignée de lumière. Les extérieurs sont extrêmement agréables, entre le balcon-terrasse perché au milieu des pins et la piscine chauffée entourée de verdure. Idéal pour des moments conviviaux en famille ou entre amis. La villa est aussi très bien localisée : la dune est toute proche et la plage accessible à pied très facilement. Enfin, Delphine s’est montrée très disponible et flexible pour l’organisation de notre séjour sur place. Recommandé à 100% !

La maison du bonheur ...

Un havre de paix avec une décoration subtile, lumineuse et apaisante pour un séjour de rêve ! La région est magnifique et la maison est idéalement située; tout a été pensé pour que les vacanciers se sentent vraiment bien : très bonne literie , linge de toilette comme à l hôtel, canapés ultra confort , belles flambées dans la cheminée ( très appréciables en cas de mauvais temps !) , plancha adaptée aux grands groupes ... Bref , on a été heureux , tout simplement . On revient quand Delphine ?
