Inside you'll find a family room with couch, TV, Daybed with Trundle and deck access to pool area (alarm on door leading to pool). Half bath with laundry.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom with flat screen TV and semi-private full bathroom (second door from the bathroom to the hallway) and a Bedroom with a Double, Single and flat-screen TV.

Top Level: Great room with TV, dining room seating 8 with deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 4 and the screened porch. King Bedroom with TV and a full hall bathroom. Cargo lift from the ground level to help get groceries upstairs easily!

Extras: Private Pool (26 x 11), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, screened porch, limited ocean views, gas grill, high speed internet access, washer/dryer and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. This property does NOT provide beach chairs.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Easy walk to beach, pool fun, close to everything

The house had everything we needed for our family, was an easy walk to the beach, plus had a fun pool. We enjoyed the big table for family dinners and the 3rd floor deck for morning and evening hangouts. The quiet street was a great place to ride bike.

Great house!

My family stayed for a week, and it was fantastic. We all loved the pool! The house was clean when we arrived. The A/C did go out on the top floor but we contacted the management company and it was fixed the same day. Great location to the beach, restaurants and shops.

4th fun

Loved the lift to take suitcases and groceries up.Nice and comfortable furniture and nice decor. Coud have used more towels but didnt ask either. Dryer needs replaced. Only option was high heat and clothes shrunk.

We loved it

We loved the house, location, pool, and hot tub. Only difficult part is communication is not handled through the VRBO app, it's handed off to Brindley which has a separate site for payment, door locks, etc. Just a little less streamlined, but otherwise functional. Would and will likely rent again.

Excellent but a bit Troubling

Very nice property, excellent location, very well maintained and very well stocked with household goods and amenities. We loved the time there. Our only problem was that we were told the house was ready for occupancy at 3:00 pm on Saturday May 18. When we got to the house the house had not been cleaned as soiled bed linens and towels were present in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We called the office and were told the house would be cleaned. When we went back to the house around 4:30 or 5, the house appeared to have been cleaned but we were left wondering with such a quick turnaround. As i took a shower that night there was human hair on the side of the tub and the lower floor bathroom commode had stains around the top of the bowl. A bag of soiled linens and towels were left on the carport and that bag remained until we left on the 24th. We would love to use this property again but hope in the future that greater attention will be given to cleanliness.

Hard access to beach

Yes, the property is 1 block off the beach, but you have to go to the beach access in order to “access” the beach. The beach access has a HUGE dune to climb over, and with 4 children in our party, with all our gear, it was nearly impossible. We only went 2 days because it was so difficult on us.

A nice family getaway

Had a great time with family. Location was perfect to see all destinations. Very quiet area and easy walk to the beach if wanting to do so. Live entertainment/ bar down the street that ends at 10:00 pm usually on a Saturday night. Plenty of room and bedding for everyone on each level, pool was perfect and maintained well. Hot tub was okay, chemical reaction to 3 of our family members occurred resulting in break outs and rash. Ask to have the water and tub scrubbed down before arrival along with checking the ph levels and never enter the tub at 104 degrees. Instant issues will happen ... turn it down when you arrive. Other than that small issue, everything was nice and looking forward to a return visit, perhaps after the summer when everything calms down.

Nice house, not clean enough for me!

Cleaning of this property is obviously not a priority for the cleaners and the realty company. Shame at this time in our lives, took me a while to clean myself but was not thrilled, the cleaners came 2 and half hours later but we wanted to move in and get our vacation started. Also some basic issues need addressed in the home. Hot tub was the best, close walk to the beach! Close to a lot of things as well.

Great house, good location but a bit busy

The house is great. Great accommodations, great pool area. Two blocks from the beach but you need to cross a busy street. The neighborhood is not the most tranquil with a nearby bar playing live music every night. They use a management company (Brindley Beach) and I must say I’d rather deal directly with the owners. Communication with the company was rather impersonal and at times a bit abrasive. Overall a great stay. In the future would prefer a more quiet neighborhood since we traveled with small children and an infant.
