Leatham Heights - Private, Spacious and Sunny

Beautiful big home, close to the beach and all the amenities that New Plymouth has to offer.

Central New Plymouth location, very private, warm and sunny, large seven bedroomed fully furnished and serviced executive residence. Excellent accommodation for large groups, but equally suitable for smaller groups due to the house layout and design.
Please note our minimum people per stay is 8. For smaller numbers we would still charge our flat rate of 8.

This is the perfect house for a large group wanting to holiday together in wonderful New Plymouth! Excellent for weddings etc where out-of-town guests and family can stay together in one beautiful location! Great sports teams (very close to local high schools) or any other event that families and friends can stay in the same place. Kitchen has two ovens, great for catering for large groups.

Two very private outdoor living areas, seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, fully furnished and serviced.

Small dogs ok, please enquire.

The house was fantastic for a multi generational reunion. Plenty of room. With 7 bedrooms we all had a room, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding, towels etc.Good gas heater in lounge which quickly heated the area. Large dining table and plenty of comfortable sofas. If we'd had better weather the outside area would have been great to use
