Good time with friends to relax

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the cottage and its location was great to the pool and bar. The towels were horrible (rough and on the older side and could have used a few more). There should be hooks in the bathrooms upstairs for clothes and towels. Also, a string line in shower to hang bathing suits to dry would be great.

A Little Piece of Paradise, but...

We had one issue which was the master bath door was extremely sqeaky and very loud! Unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved during our short stay. Now, for the fantastic location, awesome cottage!!Our stay was absolutely fabulous, we will not hesitate to return and recommend the property!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I go to Orlando every year for the past 15 years with my wife. I decided to try Margaritaville and to my surprise it was terrible. The bathroom had no soap except for a little tiny bar. There was no shampoo except for a little tiny container, no place to store soap in the shower or put shampoo in the shower And several other things that were terrible.

They were not flexible and we had to escalate to Sr. Management I order to resolve our issues. Island plugs did not work for the entire 2-1/2 week stay. Would not recommend using VSTAY for your reservations go directly to Margaritaville.

Gorgeous cottage!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was huge. The upstairs bedroom had a living room in it!!! Both bedroom upstairs had big bathrooms. The downstairs had a living room kitchen and dining room. Laundry and another bathroom downstairs. With a nicely set up patio. Thank you to the owners for letting us into this gorgeous cottage!! Love the decor. Just beautiful. By far the nicest place I’ve stayed at. (And don’t get me wrong) I’ve stayed at nice places!! This cottage is also located right next to the pool area!! Can’t beat that!!! Thank you thank you!!!

Great location, unique resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute cottage with tasteful decor. Everything was just as the photos showed. This cottage is very close to the main pool area. The only downside to that is that other guests use your parking space because they don’t want to walk to the pool. Management should address this.We had an issue with the WiFi upon arrival, but they sent a technician right away and it was resolved. Kitchen could use some storage, maybe a shelf, but otherwise was very comfy place. Extremely easy to get to Disney, and the Sunset Walk nearby was great. Be aware that Highway 192 can get busy during rush hours. I would recommend this cottage and resort to friends and family.

Nice but could have been cleaner

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is wonderful. Lobby was great and the staff were very nice at check in. The home was nice. I was surprised it was not very clean. There was clearly food on the plate ware. The toilet seat was dirty. The towels were amazingly thin and coarse. I was glad I didn't have a sunburn or they would have felt like sandpaper. Would I stay there again. Maybe? There are a lot of nice resorts with nicer appointed homes and cleaner. Not sure there was anything truly unique about this place.

Adorable cottage, fun stay at Margaritaville.

Reviewer Comments: The cottage was adorable, and in a great location near the pool, lobby, and downtown shopping/dining area. It was a surprise to learn that we would not have any maid service (or refill of towels) throughout our whole stay. I did not know this when booking. We received one towel each and one hand towel per bathroom, this was not enough for a 5 day stay! Also staying in the cottages we could not charge pool purchases to our room, a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. Overall, lovely cottage would stay again, just would have been nice to have been told there was no maid service up front versus after we arrived, especially since there are so many extra “fees” when booking a cottage. I assumed some of those fees would go to amenities such as towels, soap/shampoo refills, turn down service etc.

Wish I would have known that. We had to door dash some things. I would recommend the property owner to get a dual zone AC as you have to keep the downstairs air on very high and it still isn’t cool enough upstairs. Closets are small.

Little Playground for the granddaughter. Only thing I can say ....parking was bad sometimes as people from far away on the property parked in our spots to go to the pool Also, no vacuum to clean up the floors. I know most people only stay a short time...but we really needed it for a month! There were no saucepans or fry pan in the kitchen. But the staff got us some promptly.

To have space to spread out and room for everyone is very important to us!However, the customer service of the VStay company was awful. The towels left for us to use were worse than what my husband would wash our cars with. Rough and they left lint all over us. We went out and bought our own bath towels. There are no towels for drying dishes. When asked for better towels the customer service person brushed me off. Same when I reported that the fan in the bathroom makes a loud squeal. She said she'd let maintenance know, but never wrote down which cottage we were in. And, when I wanted 1 dishwasher tab (we stayed 9 nights and were only left 4 tabs) I got the biggest brush off. Yet, when I saw housekeeping next door and asked for 1, they were happy to help. The disregard and unprofessionalism was incredibly disappointing, and we are return guests. National Margarita Day was a big disappointment this year! The trees along the drive to the hotel were not lit this year while we visited which was disappointing. And, one more complaint... can there be some hooks put into the cottages to hang your wet towels? Not a one... really???

Pricy for What Was Supplied

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was cute and well maintained. It was nice to be able to walk to bars & restaurants given how busy traffic is in the area. All we had to do when we left was take out all the garbage. Our biggest issue was the lackluster bedding & towels. The comforters and sheets didn't fit the beds and were flimsy. The beds didn't have fitted sheets on them so they came off when you rolled over. There weren't enough kitchen/bathroom towels or toilet paper. We don't feel it's reasonable to expect guests to bring those items when traveling from far away. We rent our condo in Sanibel, FL and our management company supplies all the toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, kitchen & bathroom towels and luxury hotel grade bedding & pillows. If our guests need something all they have to do is call the front desk. They don't have to go to the grocery store to get basic necessities when they run out. I expected this given the price paid for the week.

The cottage we rented was in pristine condition when we arrived and was nothing short of amazing!! The cottage we rented had 2 bedrooms with one having an extra side room with a pullout couch which fit our group of 6 perfectly. Pool was right across the parking lot and the kids enjoyed every minute of it as well as all the kid activities they had going on throughout the day. Would highly recommend this cottage!

The other towels were either smaller or very thin. No towel racks or anything to hang hand towels next to sinks. Not enough towel racks / hangers for everyone to hang towel after a shower. No towel(s) as floor mat.
