It was definitely a great place to stay. We were very pleased with the rental and would recommend. There was a little drive to beaches and dining, but overall a great place to rent. The host was very responsive and very helpful.

Yes the home was very welcoming. Clean and comfortable. Glad for the pet friendly stay. Baby Girl was happy. She is blind and deaf but enjoyed her stay.

We had a great stay. The home was very clean and on a quiet street. The backyard was perfect for our pets. We were 10 minutes to the beach and will stay there again especially for the price. The host was wonderful and easy to get in touch with. We will be back!!!

This was a very nice duplex.We were pleased with the location and our host. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard even though the grass was a little high. There were plenty of places to go and eat. If you want to avoid a huge amount of people this is the place accept on holidays of course. Thanks for a great time

Perfect Stay

We went for my oldest daughter's softball tournament in Alabama and the house was perfect 26 miles away from the fields! Very spacious! We would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic space. Clean and safe. Bed was not the most comfortable but did not affect my sleep. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. Might have been user error but Wi-Fi login and password varied between app and the welcome email.

This is a wonderful property for people who have dogs or kids. Huge backyard, clean plenty of room for everybody. My husband and I loved staying there with our two dogs and will not hesitate to book again. We were only minutes from the beach. It was very easy to get over the bridge to the beach area and the main strip and Perdido Key and Orange Beach. We cannot recommend this home more for your stay. Richard was an excellent host and easy to communicate with as from the time that we booked until the time we left.

We love this place. Our second time staying at Richard's duplex. First time was the other side. Both units are great. Modern, clean and comfortable. Close to the beaches and lots of restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

Great property terrible weather

The property was great the owner was easy to deal with. Hurricane Sally cut our trip short so didn’t get much time to enjoy Pensacola. Would stay at this location again.
