Historic district home, large but comfortable, newly renovated w/ modern updates and 4 BDRs. The house was built in 1905 and many of the historic elements are retained along with a comfortable modern refresh. Mini-split heat and cold in each room. The clawfoot tub came with the original build and has been integrated to add to the historic charm of the home. Tankless water heater for continuous hot water flow. 2-car garage for winter months; laundry in the original expansive basement. Enjoy the sounds of the summer concerts from the porch or stroll 5 mins to the State Capitol or the summer Farmer's Market & Brewery Arts Center. Proximity to all of the best restaurants in downtown. Nice drive to North Lake Tahoe, Incline, and beach parks, Virginia City and the Reno/Tahoe Intl Airport all within 30 mins.

This house was perfect! Clean, comfortable. Very well appointed. Had absolutely everything you could need in a vacation rental including watching deer outside the window every day! We loved it and would highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in Carson City!

The house was great! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, spices, etc, and we were able to easily make Christmas dinner as well as bake with everything already on-hand. The owner had lots of nice touches such as laundry baskets, welcome snacks, and sleds we could borrow. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for quick trip to the area

I needed a stay for a small team of colleagues working on a project in the area. There was good space for everyone and we enjoyed relaxing in the front porch after long days at work. The neighborhood deer family was a lovely touch!

We loved this place! We celebrated new years here with a few friends and the host was super responsive with any questions we have. The house was super clean and super organized with everything we should know all in one binder! We were greeted with a gift basket when we checked in inside the home which was super sweet!

Fantastic House!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. It was just the right size for 7 adults. Everything was top notch from the towels to the beds to the appliances. It was very hot while we were in Carson City, but the house's air conditioning worked great. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

Our stay was very comfortable. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The host even gave an easy to remember entry code - which was based on my phone number. Really recommend this special home when you visit Carspk city

Lovely home built in 1905 with modern everything. We wanted a comfortable house close enough into town to travel easily when we were done with our kids sporting events in town. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, clear instructions for everything and even a nice cold pitcher of water in the fridge! The bedding and towels were all nice, clean and comfortable and high quality, and we felt very welcome in the home. I actually think the ad undersells the property. I stayed with 2, 13 year old boys and my husband and everyone had plenty of room to stretch out and relax without being on top of each other. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area . They also had a lovely card welcoming with snacks and enough coffee for the morning making it so we didn’t have to make an extra stop at the store. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome victorian style house

House was amazing. So much room for 5 women. House is very well stocked. We enjoyed it so much we stayed in every night and just played cards. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owners did a fantastic job remodeling the home.

We are so lucky we got to stay at this charming downtown house with all the modern amenities inside. We were a group of gravel riding friends going for a local race. We had all we needed and more. This house is perfect for a groups of friends or family alike and is very close to downtown. We hope to be renting it again next year for the same event ...

Amazing Carson City Home

Some of our extended family came into town for my niece’s wedding. This home was perfect for us. The host made the entire process a breeze and also made us feel welcome (leaving us some goodies in a basket). The home itself is very nicely done and comfortable on every level - from dining room, gathering/seating area, bathrooms and bedrooms. I would highly recommend this lovely home for anyone needing a Carson City stay.
