Property was very nice. It’s a bit dated, but in good shape, clean. The apartment is in an older neighborhood. It’s a safe quiet area. Shopping is close by. Easy access to places to eat. All in all I believe it was well worth the price.

Cockroaches in Condo

While the owners are nice, we can’t give a 5 star review. Our experience was somewhere between the “terrible” and “poor” rating. Bottom line: we saw about 8 cockroaches during the first two days of our stay and cut our stay short because of them. We never would have booked that location and feel that it was not listed accurately. The owners did send out pest control and, when asked, refunded us. However the refund was only 20% of what we spent even though we only stayed there for 2 out of the 4 days we booked (because of the cockroach problem.)

We’re truly sorry your experience fell short. While we acted quickly to send pest control and issue a partial refund, we completely understand your frustration and regret that this impacted your stay. Guest comfort and transparency are extremely important to us, and we’ve taken additional steps to ensure the issue is fully resolved moving forward. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
