This end unit has lots of natural light with cathedral ceilings and large windows. Screened in Lanai overlooking Royal Palm golf course. Newer granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, newer mattresses, newer livingroom furniture, new flooring in livingroom, newer flat screen tv's in livingroom. You are close to Naples beaches, downtown 5th Ave with fabulous shopping-restaurants, and Marco Island! The pool is only steps from your building. Carport parking with extra spaces available. Small storage unit for bikes, golf clubs, etc. The rental does not include activities in Lely Resort. A new dinette set and lanai furniture will be added.

Why they chose this property
Augusta Woods is small condo community with both working and retired residents. Centrally located to beaches, downtown, and Marco Island.
What makes this property unique
Newer HVAC system with UV light which destroys microbes like mold, bacteria, fungi, mildew, mold spores and viruses in the line-of-sight of the UV bulb. End unit with space and light from the large windows. Unlike many condos living in a dark space you have tons of natural light. Nothing is very far from you, 5th Ave downtown, beaches and Marco Island
